1、 What are the factors causing aging of dust collector bags? Dust collector bags; It is a commonly used dust removal and environmental protection product in today's society, and its dust removal rate makes it highly favored by industrial production. However, sometimes the dust collector bag may experience aging, and the reason for this aging phenomenon is not solely due to prolonged use of the dust collector bag. Sometimes, the influence of working conditions can also cause aging of the dust collector bag. Therefore, more attention should be paid when using it to prevent aging. The main reasons for the aging of dust collector bags are as follows: 1. Acid alkali imbalance. When the dust collector bag comes into contact with acid or alkali, it will corrode. Therefore, long-term acid-base imbalance can also cause the dust collector bag to age. 2. The moisture in the flue gas can be decomposed by some dust collector bags that come into contact with moisture for a long time, such as those made of polyester. Therefore, dust collector bags that are decomposed by water are prone to aging. 3. Abnormal operating temperature, if the temperature is too high, it will cause the dust collector bag to be burnt black or destroyed; If the temperature is low, it will accelerate the condensation phenomenon of the dust collector bag, leading to the easy occurrence of bag sticking. Over time, the dust collector bag will age and even affect its service life. 4. The blockage of the dust collector bag will increase the resistance and shorten the cleaning interval, which will accelerate the aging of the dust collector bag. 2、 Introduction to the process of processing and producing dust collector bags: Dust collector bags require many processes from raw materials to finished products, and each process needs to be strictly controlled. If there are quality problems with the bag, they often occur in the bag raw materials, bag opening diameter, bag length, bag opening spring coil, and sewing thread. The diameter of the bag mouth of the dust collector determines the sealing between the bag and the porous plate. When processing new bags, suppliers and customers should communicate well to avoid errors. If the diameter of the bag opening is too large, the filter material can be cut off at equal distances at the groove of the bag opening, and the cutting length should not exceed 20mm, reducing the outer diameter of the bag opening for installation. If the diameter of the bag opening is too small, a 300-400mm edge strip of the same material can be wrapped around the bag opening, and the length of the edge strip should be adjusted according to the tightness of the installation bag opening. Precautions for using dust collector bags: When using dust collector bags, it is necessary to prevent gas from cooling below the dew point in the bag chamber, especially when using bag filters under negative pressure. Due to the frequent leakage of air into the outer shell, the gas temperature in the bag chamber is lower than the dew point, causing the bag to become damp. This results in dust not being loose but sticking to the bag, blocking the fabric holes and causing dust removal failure. This leads to excessive pressure drop in the dust collector, making it unable to continue operating, and some bags may become stuck and unable to remove dust. To prevent condensation of dust removal accessories, keep the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system above its dew point by 25 ℃ to 35 ℃, and ensure good use of the bag. The measure is to take appropriate heating measures. If far-infrared electric heaters or electric heaters are installed in the dust collector, or radiators are added in the bag room, the flue gas temperature of the main unit can be appropriately increased. Strengthen temperature monitoring of dust collectors and dust removal systems to understand the operating conditions of bag filters and prevent condensation. The incorrect use of raw materials for dust removal filter bags is a low-level mistake made by suppliers, but there are also a few suppliers who fill in the blanks to save costs. All filter materials on the bag should be made of the same material, or materials can be used as substitutes, but they cannot be made of low-grade materials. For example, PTFE sewing thread can be used for PPS dust collector bags, but fiberglass sewing thread cannot be used. 3、 The characteristics of dust collector bag: The fabric and design of the bag should strive for filtration, easy dust removal, and long-lasting effect. 1. Mesh bag: Available materials include nylon monofilament mesh, polyester monofilament mesh, and polypropylene multi strand mesh. High filtration accuracy of 20 μ m. Features: filtration accuracy, resistance to damage, no fiber free, reusable. 2. Capillary fiber oil absorbing bag: composed of a pre filtration layer, a main filtration layer, and a mesh cover, it is designed specifically for adsorbing oil and grease in liquids. The porosity in the filtering material is as high as 80%, which improves the service life of the product. The oil absorption capacity can reach 12-20 times the weight of the filter bag itself (depending on the characteristics of the fluid and grease, as well as the flow rate). 4、 Classification of dust collector bags: 1. Fabric structure: According to the fabric structure, it is mainly divided into three types: plain filter bag, diagonal filter bag, and forged filter bag. (1) Forging texture: It can be divided into warp forging texture and weft forging texture based on whether warp or weft is visible on the surface of the fabric; The characteristics of forged texture are smooth, glossy surface, very soft, good elasticity and breathability, and easy to clean due to the migration of yarn. (2) Plain weave: This is a simple weaving form where each warp and weft yarn alternates up and down. However, plain weave has disadvantages such as difficulty in cleaning and easy clogging, so it is rarely used as a dust removal filter material. (3) Twill weave: It is formed by interweaving two warp yarns and four weft yarns at the same time, and the interweaving point of the warp and weft yarns gradually moves to the left or right; The twill structure is divided into single-sided twill and double-sided twill; The flexibility and elasticity of twill weave fabric are better than those of plain weave fabric, with slightly lower mechanical strength and easy misalignment under stress. However, it has good dust removal efficiency and cleaning effect, and is a commonly used structure for woven filter materials. 2. Processing method: According to the processing method, it is mainly divided into three types: woven filter material dust collector bag, non-woven filter material dust collector bag, and composite filter material dust collector bag. (1) Composite filter bag for dust collectors: A bag filter material for dust collectors made by two or more methods or composite of two or more materials, represented by the letter C. (2) Woven filter material dust collector bag: A filter material made by weaving warp and weft yarns arranged perpendicular to each other using a weaving machine according to the organization rules, represented by the letter W. (3) Non woven filter material dust collection bag: a sheet-like filter material made by directly weaving fibers into a web or yarn layer, interlacing, bonding, needling, meltblown or spinning without going through the general spinning and weaving process. It is represented by a composite letter consisting of the letters NW and specific processing method codes.
