The cyclone stainless steel dust collector is a dry gas-solid separation device that uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotating dusty gas to separate dust from the airflow. When the dusty airflow enters the cyclone stainless steel dust collector through the intake pipe, the airflow will change from linear motion to circular motion. Dust particles with a density greater than that of gas lose their inertial force when they come into contact with the wall and fall down along the wall, entering the ash discharge pipe. The rotating downward external airflow approaches the center of the dust collector due to the downward contraction of the cone when it reaches the cone. When the airflow reaches a certain position at the bottom of the cone, it continues to spiral from the center of the cyclone stainless steel dust collector in the same rotation direction, from bottom to top, and is discharged through the exhaust pipe after reaching the top. Some of the dust particles that were not captured also escaped as a result.
