1. Water spray tower

When the smoke containing gas with an intake velocity enters the water spray tower through the air duct, the water spray impacts the water layer and changes the direction of gas movement, while the dust particles continue to move in the original direction due to inertia. Most of the dust particles adhere to the water and stay in the water. After impacting the water bath, some of the dust particles move with the gas, combine with the impact water mist and the circulating spray water phase, and further mix fully in the main body. At this time, the dust particles in the dust containing gas are captured by the water, and the dust water is separated by centrifugation or filtration. Due to gravity, it flows into the circulation pool through the tower wall and purifies the gas for discharge. The wastewater is treated with chemicals in the circulating pool and reused, while the sediment is regularly cleaned and transported outside.

2. Activated carbon adsorption equipment

The dusty gas is powered by a fan and enters the activated carbon adsorber under positive or negative pressure. Due to the presence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular or chemical forces on the solid surface of activated carbon, when the solid surface comes into contact with the gas, it can attract gas molecules, concentrate and maintain them on the solid surface, and adsorb pollutants. After passing through the activated carbon adsorption tower, the exhaust gas enters the equipment's dust removal system to purify the gas for high-altitude emission standards.
