The purpose of air filtration is to meet indoor hygiene standards or process requirements. Air filters are mainly used to purify and treat the air sent into the room from the air supply system, mainly filtering out floating dust in the air. In general, the concentration of floating dust in the air is very low, and air filters do not pursue the self-cleaning function of dust removal. Dust removal can even deposit on filter equipment. Air filtration may be manually cleaned or even replaced with new filtering equipment when cleaning dust. The application of single machine dust collectors is the same as other types of dust collectors, mainly targeting industrial dust with high dust concentration. Compared with air filters, cleaning the dust adhering to the filter equipment and controlling the secondary dust caused by dust has become an important functional requirement for standalone dust collectors. In the metallurgical system, there is severe dust at some belt transfer stations that transport dry materials (sintered ore, ball closed ore, etc.), or in some crushing rooms for dry materials.
To ensure that the standalone dust collector always operates up to standard, only by continuously cleaning the dust attached to the filter equipment can the standalone dust collector operate normally.
