Since its introduction in the 1950s, the pulse bag filter has been widely used and continuously improved, making great progress in purifying dusty gases. Due to the dust cleaning technology, the gas to cloth ratio has been greatly improved, making it characterized by large air volume, small footprint, purification, operation, simple structure, and low maintenance. The dust removal efficiency can reach the above level. It is a mature and relatively complete dust removal equipment.

Pulse bag filters are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machinery, cement, building materials, grain, pharmaceuticals, light industry, and power to capture small and dry non fibrous dust. It has played a significant role in dust pollution, environmental hygiene protection, working conditions, worker health, and recycling of useful materials.

Pulse bag filter is somewhat different from other types of dust collectors. As its dust removal effect is closely related to the power supply, it is necessary to inspect its internal small components before each operation. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the inspection of the following components:

1. When reusing the dust collector, it is necessary to inspect the impurities inside the dust collector, including oil stains, dust deposits, etc., as well as other small metal pieces inside the equipment.

2. Check the flexibility of various instruments, valves, and devices, and adjust the pointers of each valve back to the corresponding correct position.

3. Check the installation of the dust removal bag, the tightness of the bag suspension, the binding and fixing of the bag should be secure and not too loose or too tight. After use, whether there are any bag drops, loose mouth, wear and tear, etc., can be judged by visually inspecting the chimney's emissions after operation.

4. For areas inside the equipment that are prone to air leakage, such as suction hoods, inspection doors, pipelines, and dividing wheels, they should be sealed tightly as required, and damaged areas should be promptly repaired.

5. For the parts of the equipment that need to be operated, an appropriate amount of lubricating grease can be added to enhance their lubrication.

6. In seasons with large temperature differences, such as winter or weather with high humidity of dusty gases, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of heating equipment and electric heating devices, and observe whether their ventilation and power status are normal.

Advantages of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

1. Dust removal can capture dust above 0.3nm, purifying dusty gases to 15mg/m3 or even below.

2. Less auxiliary equipment, lower investment, and lower technical requirements compared to electrostatic precipitators.

3. Capable of capturing dust that is difficult to recover by electrostatic precipitators; And to a certain extent, it can collect compounds such as nitrites and sulfides.

4. Good adaptability to load changes, especially suitable for capturing fine and dry dust, and the collected dry dust is easy to handle and recycle.

5. The pulse bag filter has high efficiency in collecting dusty gases containing explosion hazards or sparks.

Disadvantages of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

1. For different types of gases, corresponding types of cloth bags should be selected; And it requires frequent replacement of cloth bags, which consume a large amount of cloth bags.

2. When collecting dusty gases with high humidity, measures should be taken to avoid "bag sticking" caused by condensation. Therefore, bag dust removal gas has certain requirements for the humidity of the gas.

3. The resistance is relatively high, and the general pressure loss is 1000-1500Pa.

4. For high-temperature gases, cooling measures should be taken.

5. When receiving dusty gases with large particle sizes, the bag is more prone to wear and tear.
