(2) Plain weave: This is a simple weaving form where each warp and weft yarn alternates up and down. However, plain weave has disadvantages such as difficulty in cleaning and easy clogging, so it is rarely used as a dust removal filter material. (3) Twill weave: It is formed by interweaving two warp yarns and four weft yarns at the same time, and the interweaving point of the warp and weft yarns gradually moves to the left or right; The twill structure is divided into single-sided twill and double-sided twill; The flexibility and elasticity of twill weave fabric are better than those of plain weave fabric, with slightly lower mechanical strength and easy misalignment under stress. However, it has good dust removal efficiency and cleaning effect, and is a commonly used structure for woven filter materials. 2、 Method for preventing corrosion of high-temperature dust collector bags in outdoor environments: 1. After surface treatment of the high-temperature dust collector bag, spray one coat of epoxy primer and one coat of chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating on the components, then apply one coat of intermediate paint after assembly, and spray two coats of chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating topcoat on the surface. 2. When purifying high-temperature flue gas, the heat resistance of the filter cloth and the composition of the flue gas should be considered. Therefore, it is important to develop heat-resistant filter materials, and current glass fiber filter materials have this advantage. The high-temperature dust collector bag will control the operating temperature within the allowable range of the filter cloth, because too low a temperature may cause condensation, and too high a temperature may cause premature aging of the filter cloth. In addition, it is necessary to avoid situations where the temperature suddenly increases. There are regulations in the environmental protection industry that the exhaust temperature of boilers and the waste heat of flue gas recovered by waste heat boilers should be controlled below 250 ℃. Design the flue gas temperature based on the dew point inside the dust collector. The temperature for high-temperature gas filtration process is preferably between 200 ℃ and 250 ℃, and filtration within this temperature range will result in. Filtration speed is a key factor in selecting bag filters for dust collectors, and should be determined based on factors such as the properties of smoke or dust, usage scenarios, dust particle size, viscosity, gas temperature, moisture content, and dust concentration. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature and humidity are high, the concentration is high, and the viscosity is high, a low value should be selected. Conversely, a high value can be selected, usually not 1.5m/min. For dust particles with large particle size, normal temperature, dryness, non stickiness, and concentration, 1.5-2m/min can be selected. 2. The filter material of the dust collector bag should be considered based on the temperature, moisture content, acid and alkali properties, viscosity, and concentration of the dust containing gas. Usually, when the moisture content is low and there is no acidity, the selection is based on the temperature of the dusty gas. When the moisture content is high and the dust concentration is high, it is advisable to use filter media (also known as anti condensation filter media) or membrane filter media (the base fabric should be treated with needle punched felt). When the dusty gas contains acid or alkali and the gas temperature is ≤ 190 ℃, PPS needle felt is often selected.
