The reason for the blockage of the spray nozzle in the spray tower is due to excessive smoke and residue in the liquid in the storage tank.
The solution proposed by our technical personnel is to first check whether the filter element of the water storage tank is cracked, whether the inlet pipe of the centrifugal water pump is installed with a filter screen, and whether the filter screen at the bottom of the centrifugal water pump is damaged. If there are any problems, they should be dealt with immediately.
The method for disassembling and assembling the nozzle is to first remove the window screws and the window plate. When entering the tower, remove the nozzle in the opposite direction, turn on the centrifugal water pump (replace the water in the storage tank with cold water) and operate for 2 minutes before turning it off. Then, install the nozzle in a clockwise direction.
