Working principle of 5000 air volume activated carbon adsorption box:
There are many ways to purify exhaust gas, such as direct combustion and catalytic combustion. However, it is difficult to burn low concentration and high air volume exhaust gas, and the waste heat cannot be fully utilized in intermittent operations. The use of activated carbon adsorption method for low concentration, high air volume or intermittent operation exhaust gas has its advantages. The LX type exhaust gas purification device applies the principle of activated carbon adsorption and improves the design based on the characteristics of similar adsorption products. This device has a large air volume, uses pneumatic valves, and is easy to operate and manage.
2、 Scope of use
2.1. Control the production of benzene, esters, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, phenolic gasoline, and other substances in spray painting, packaging, printing, machinery, chemical engineering, and production processes.
2.2. Solvent factories and workshops used for high air volume, low concentration exhaust gas conditions or intermittent operations to prepare for recycling.
3、 Structure and characteristics of the device
This device mainly includes: adsorption tank, condenser, separator, aerator, main exhaust fan and other equipment, equipped with inlet and outlet valves, carbon layer over temperature alarm automatic cooling device, and electric control cabinet.
This purification device can be set up with single or double tanks according to the production process, and single tanks are generally set up for intermittent production; Two adsorption tanks are set up for continuous production, one for adsorption and one for desorption, or both tanks can be used simultaneously. The inlet and outlet of the device are equipped with manual or pneumatic valves, which are easy to operate. Two tanks can adsorb at the same time, regularly analyze at the same time, and increase the processing air volume by nearly twice. For intermittent production, it can reduce investment and land occupation.
4、 Working principle
Activated carbon (particles, fibers) has many micropores and a large specific surface area. By relying on molecular gravity and capillary action, it can adsorb solvent vapor and volatile substances on its surface. Depending on the boiling point of different substances, the adsorbed substances can be precipitated by steam. When steam is used as the analytical medium, the solvent vapor and water vapor obtained are condensed together through a condenser and enter a separation tank for solvent recovery after separation. The residual liquid is discharged after aeration treatment.
