The filter bag of the pulse bag dust collector is suspended on the flower board, and the dusty flue gas enters from the side of the filter bag, flows around the filter bag, and enters the filter bag from the outside of the filter bag. The inner side of the filter bag has a supporting skeleton to prevent the filter bag from collapsing and dust from adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag. Pulse high-pressure air is sprayed into the bag through the open filter bag, causing the smoke and dust on the outside of the filter bag to fall off. Pulse bag dust collectors have two methods: offline cleaning and online cleaning, both of which basically use lateral air intake.
The pulse bag filter mainly uses the compressed air inside the pressure air bag as the cleaning power. When the resistance of the pulse bag filter reaches the specified value, the pulse valve is opened through the action of the pulse controller and solenoid valve. The compressed air passes through the Venturi tube in an instant and is injected several times the amount of compressed air into the filter bag together. Reverse the pulse shaking from the top to the bottom of the filter bag. The purpose is to shake the sticky ash on the outside of the filter bag into the dust hopper of the dust collector through pulse shaking.
Pulse bag filter, which combines the advantages of various types of dust collectors such as chamber fan blowback and spray pulse, overcomes the disadvantage of insufficient kinetic energy intensity during chamber blowback, thus expanding the scope of use of bag filter, improving dust removal efficiency, and extending the service life of filter bags. It can not only purify general dusty gases, but also process gases with an inlet concentration of 1300/m3n, making it a finished product recovery equipment that is compatible with O-Sepa type powder separators and vertical mills. Under the new environmental standards (emission concentration, thermal equipment
In order to ensure the proper operation of the pulse bag filter and identify any problems before the filter material is damaged, daily inspections of the dust removal system should be carried out. The inspection includes:
1. Is the pressure setting of the air conditioner appropriate and is the pressure supplied to the air bag correct.
2. Visually inspect the operation of the valve during the dust cleaning cycle.
3. Check the pulse duration and the pause time between two pulses.
4. Check the operating parameters of the pulse bag filter monitored and recorded by DCS, such as intake and exhaust temperatures, total pressure drop, and pressure drop in each compartment.
5. Record all abnormal conditions and their properties of the boiler, and check the operation of the corresponding dust collector.
6. Check the operation of the ash discharge and conveying system of the ash hopper.
