The inspection includes: 1. Whether the pressure setting of the air conditioner is appropriate and whether the pressure supplied to the air bag is correct. 2. Visually inspect the operation of the valve during the dust cleaning cycle. 3. Check the pulse duration and the pause time between two pulses. 4. Check the operating parameters of the pulse bag filter monitored and recorded by DCS, such as intake and exhaust temperatures, total pressure drop, and pressure drop in each compartment. 5. Record all abnormal conditions and their properties of the boiler, and check the operation of the corresponding dust collector. 6. Check the operation of the ash discharge and conveying system of the ash hopper. The emergence of pulse bag dust collectors has made people's lives more convenient, and the dust removal effect is very good. However, in order to make it operate well, we still need to do the above checks. Precautions when operating a pulse bag filter: The pulse bag filter can protect the appropriate gas temperature. For the dust collector, the inlet gas temperature should be strictly controlled within the range of 25 degrees above the dew point and below 70 degrees. Excessive temperature can easily ignite dusty gases and cause explosions; If the temperature is below the dew point, it will cause condensation, not only causing dust accumulation, but also blocking the filter bag, making it difficult to clean the dust and affecting the normal operation of the dust collector. Operating and maintaining the pulse bag filter according to requirements is an important way to improve the performance and service life of the filter. When operating the filter, personnel should pay attention to the following issues: 1. Before use, check whether the dust removal fan, motor, dust removal bag, controller, solenoid valve, etc. are in good condition, and confirm all aspects before operation; 2. Before starting the main equipment of the pulse bag filter, turn on the filter for 2-3 minutes first, and the opposite is true when stopping. 3. Start the pulse bag filter in the order of starting the fan, cleaning motor, high-pressure air, and controller, and stop in the opposite order. 4. The dust collector and main equipment during operation are sealed and intact. 5. The rule for removing impurities such as oil and water from the air pockets of oil-water separators and dust collectors is twice a week. 6. The replacement time for the dust removal bag is every two years, and the wear of the dust removal bag should be checked at any time. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. 7. If there is a horizontal dust removal pipeline, open the cleaning hole regularly every year to clean the accumulated dust inside the pipeline. When the pulse bag filter stops running for a long time, besides cleaning the dust, before the system cools down, the moist gas in the bag chamber is emptied and replaced with dry air. During the shutdown period, the accumulated ash in the ash hopper should be completely removed, and the cleaning mechanism and driving part should be fully oiled; Pay full attention to the cleaning and rust prevention of the fan to prevent dust and rainwater from entering the bearings (pay attention to the motor); During the shutdown period, regular short-term operation (air freight operation) should be carried out to ensure that the dust removal system can operate normally; Drain the cooling water inside the cooling system to prevent accidents caused by freezing of the cooling water. After adopting a pulse bag dust collector, the dust sucked into the dust collector is collected, and the dust in the crushing workshop of the beneficiation plant can be treated to achieve clean production in the crushing section and prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases. Meanwhile, if reasonable dust recovery equipment and processes are adopted, a large amount of high-value mineral powder can be recovered, creating significant economic benefits.
