Choosing appropriate filter media: The selection of filter media should be based on the temperature, temperature, and chemical characteristics of the gas; Taking into account factors such as particle size, weight, shape, presence of abrasion, dust concentration, filtration speed, cleaning method, emission concentration, and working system of bag filter. Three dimensional filter material: It is a loosely arranged fiber layer that is inserted into a woven fabric to form a spatially intersecting and dense fiber layer. During the operation of the filter material under load, dust accumulates inside the filter material, forming a dust holding gradient that is in equilibrium. Dust and filter material cross and merge into a whole. Together playing a filtering role. The dust layer trapped on the surface of the filter material is completely removed during dust cleaning. After the surface of the filter material is treated with processes such as singeing, calendering, coating, and impregnation, it has the properties and can improve the filtration efficiency and dust removal effect. 3. Membrane filter material: A three-dimensional network structure is formed by puffing polytetrafluoroethylene raw material, and a smooth and stable microporous film is overlaid on the substrate of two-dimensional filter material and three-dimensional filter material, forming a microporous film overlay filter material. During the operation of the filter material under load, all dust is trapped on the outer surface of the membrane, and is completely removed during dust cleaning. After being coated with film, the filter material has the characteristics of small pore size, high air permeability, low resistance, filtration, and comprehensive chemical stability, and is widely used. 2、 Structure of the bag: The structure of the bag should meet the requirements of the bag filter and dust cleaning that matches it, and be easy to install, sealed, and pursue the corresponding filtering area and good filtering state. It should be easy to clean the dust while avoiding wear and tear as much as possible. Reasonable coordination with relevant components. The external filter type synthetic fiber cloth bag should have a loose fit with the frame, and the external filter type glass fiber cloth bag should have a tight fit with the small spacing vertical reinforcement frame; The internal filter bag should consider and set the bag's inflation force. 3、 Sewing technology: 1. The process and sewing dimensions meet the design requirements, and thermal shrinkage dimensions are reserved according to the fabric variety and usage temperature. 2. Equipment, reasonable stitch spacing, no skipping or broken stitches, and the stitches meet the requirements. 3. Accessories, with reasonable coordination, without burrs or breakage that may damage the bag. 4. The entire bag has no defects such as small holes, yarn jumping, stains, etc., and is properly packaged to prevent damage or moisture during storage and transportation. Fiberglass cloth bags should not be heavily pressed or stored for too long, otherwise it will affect their service life. 4、 Correct usage method: 1. Correct and careful installation: Installation method of external filter bag: ① Seal and fix the bag mouth and porous plate. ② The cloth bag is suspended vertically under the porous plate Adjacent cloth bags do not collide with each other The bag is properly matched with the frame, and the skeleton is straight without burrs. Installation method of internal filter bag: ① The upper end of the bag is equipped with a bag cap and suspended on the crossbeam of the dust collector through a hanging device, and the lower end is sealed and fixed with the lower bag. ② The installation of the cloth bag should adjust the tension to the specified value, so that the cloth bag does not loosen or fall off during filtration and blowback, and should be adjusted again after each week and month of use The accessories (anti collapse ring) inside the bag should be matched correctly, and all accessories should not have burrs or fractures. 2. During the use of the dust cleaning bag, the dust area gradually increases and the pressure difference rises. Dust should be isolated by cleaning to maintain the pressure difference inside and outside the bag within the set range. 3. During operation, the bag filter should prevent sudden abnormal situations such as sudden increase in gas temperature, entry of corrosive gases, or sudden decrease in gas temperature below the dew point, which may exceed the tolerance of the bag due to factors such as temperature, humidity, chemical corrosiveness, mechanical wear or impact. 4. Equipment maintenance: If the bag is damaged, it should be discovered and replaced in a timely manner. The pressure difference of the bag filter should be observed regularly. If there is a malfunction in the dust cleaning, it should be eliminated in a timely manner. The dust cleaning system should work normally. If there are changes in the process conditions of the dust removal system, the cleaning cycle or the working system of the bag filter should be adjusted in a timely manner.
