The design principles of the air flow distribution device of the bag type dust collector: 1. The ideal uniform flow is considered according to the laminar flow conditions. The laminar flow is required to be achieved by slow change of the flow section and very low flow rate. The main control means is to rely on the proper configuration of the guide plate and distribution plate in the bag type dust collector, so that the air flow can be more evenly distributed. However, it is difficult to rely on the guide plate configured by theoretical design in the bag type dust collector with large cross section. Therefore, with the help of some model tests, the position and form of the guide plate are often adjusted in the test, and good conditions are selected as the basis for design. 2. While considering the reasonable distribution of airflow, the arrangement of dust removal filter bags in the bag chamber should be considered in conjunction with the airflow conditions, in order to achieve both reducing equipment resistance and dust removal efficiency. 3. The design of the inlet and outlet pipelines of the bag filter should be considered from the perspective of the entire engineering system, and the airflow entering the filter should be evenly distributed as much as possible. When multiple filters are used in parallel, the inlet and outlet pipelines should be located at the center of the dust removal system as much as possible. 4. In order to achieve the ideal airflow distribution of the bag filter, sometimes further measurements and adjustments need to be made on the airflow distribution plate on site before the dust collector is put into operation. Advantages of Pulse Bag Dust Collector: 1. Due to the use of segmented air stop pulse blowing for dust cleaning, the cleaning cycle can be extended and the energy consumption for dust cleaning can be greatly reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate. 2. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the keel, extending the life of the bag, and facilitating bag unloading. 3. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after extracting the skeleton during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box and removed from the manhole, which meets the operating conditions for bag replacement. 4. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance. 5. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low air leakage rate. Pulse bag dust collector constant pressure control: The pulse bag dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method. This series of dust collectors has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, large purification and processing air volume, long filter bag life, low maintenance workload, and operation. There are six specifications of this series of dust collectors, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type (without ash hopper) B. The structure of pulse bag type dust remover is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, air purifying chamber, ash hopper, ash unloading valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box is of welded structure, the access door is sealed with foam rubber strips, and the dust remover is tight without air leakage. 1、 Selection of filtration speed: Filtration speed is a key factor in the selection of pulse bag dust collectors, and should be determined based on factors such as the properties of smoke or dust, application scenarios, dust particle size, viscosity, gas temperature, moisture content, dust concentration, and different filter media. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature and humidity are high, the concentration is high, and the viscosity is high, it is advisable to choose a low value. Such as ≤ 1m/min; On the contrary, a high value can be selected, generally not exceeding 1.5m/min. For dust particles with large particle size, at room temperature, dry, non sticky, and high concentration, 1.5-2m/min can be selected. When selecting the filtration speed, the net filtration air velocity should not exceed the above value when reducing the filtration area of one room (during dust cleaning). 2、 Filter material: It should be considered based on the temperature, moisture content, acid and alkali properties, viscosity, concentration, and abrasion resistance of the dust containing gas. Generally, when the moisture content is low and there is no acidity, the selection is based on the temperature of the dusty gas. At room temperature or ≤ 130 ° C, polyester needle punched felt with a density of 500-550g/m2 is commonly used. 3、 Controller: The dust cleaning control of the long bag pulse dust collector adopts a PLC microcomputer programmable controller, with three control modes: constant pressure (automatic), timed (automatic), and manual. 1. Constant pressure control: Control according to the set pressure difference. If the pressure difference of the dust collector exceeds the set value, each room will automatically clean the dust one by one. 2. Timed control: According to the set time, every other cleaning cycle, each room is cleaned one by one. 3. Manual control: On the on-site operation cabinet, each room can be manually controlled to automatically clean the dust once in sequence, or each room can be cleaned separately. The control method is selected by the user, and if there are no specific requirements from the user, the supply will be controlled on a scheduled basis.
