Reasons affecting the normal operation of pulse bag filter and reasons for unqua

DATE:2017-03-30
Bag filter pulse cleaning controller not up to standard: Bag filter The controller that was adopted early on was a mechanical action controller, which is not only mechanically complex, but also prone to wear and tear.

The reasons that affect the normal operation of pulse bag dust collectors are: 1. Poor quality of electromagnetic pulse valves in bag dust collectors: The effectiveness of pulse dust removal in bag dust collectors mainly depends on the quality of electromagnetic pulse valves, especially the quality of membranes. But at that time, the material of the pulse valve diaphragm was ordinary rubber products, which were not resistant to bending and were prone to aging, so the damage rate was very high, and some had a service life of less than a week, seriously affecting the normal use of the pulse cleaning bag filter. 2、 The pulse cleaning controller of the bag filter is not up to standard: Bag filters have long used mechanical action controllers, which are not only mechanically complex but also prone to wear and tear. Although it later developed into electronic control, the quality of the selected electrical components was poor, so the controller often malfunctioned, affecting the normal pulse cleaning of dust. 3、 The compressed air quality of the bag filter does not meet the requirements: the power of the electromagnetic pulse valve for dust cleaning is compressed air, but the oil and water in the air cannot be separated, which not only affects the normal operation of the pulse valve, but also sprays air containing oil and water into the bag, which can easily cause blockage of the dust filter bag. 4、 No suitable dust removal bag for pulse cleaning: At that time, only dust removal bags were woven, and a three-dimensional filter material suitable for pulse cleaning had not yet appeared. At the same time as we introduced the pneumatic pulse bag filter, three-dimensional filter materials have emerged and their quality is gradually improving. The pulse valve dust cleaning program controller and the drying device for improving compressed air quality have also made significant progress, providing favorable conditions for the widespread use of pulse dust bag filters. So currently, in the newly built new dry kiln production line, the pulse cleaning bag filter has become dominant in the small and medium dust source points. There are also many successful examples of using pulse dust collectors for dust collection in kiln tail and basket cooling machines, and there is an increasing trend. Analysis of the reasons for the unqualified dust detection of the pulse bag filter: The initial layer on the surface of the dust removal filter bag is not sufficient. During the operation of the pulse dust collector, if the emissions exceed the standard and the operating pressure of the dust collector is too low compared to the design, it is highly likely that the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag is insufficient. The reasons may be that the filtering speed of the filter bag is too high, the cleaning cycle of the filter bag is too short, the pressure of the compressed air sprayed is too high, and the load capacity of the dust is reduced. Studies have shown that excessive filtration speed can increase the dust discharge rate, while excessive filtration gas speed can cause the initial dust layer to break and the dust to impact the filter bag, resulting in excessive wear. If the filter bag is cleaned too many times at this time, it can easily cause the fabric of the filter bag to loosen, which can lead to excessive emissions from the dust collector. When setting the pulse cleaning cycle of a pulse bag dust collector, it is best to ensure that the dust collector operates at a stable pressure and the pulse cleaning cycle time is set to be long. The pulse cleaning time should be set to ensure that the initial dust does not fall off and the cleaning time is set to be short. If the initial dust layer is insufficient, the cleaning cycle can be extended for compensation. If pressure difference control is used, the stability of the inlet and outlet pressure setting of the collector can be improved. What is the reason for the excessive dust emissions from the dust collector bag? Here we mainly summarize three reasons: 1. Insufficient initial layer on the surface of the filter bag; 2. Damaged filter bag; 3. Poor assembly of filter bag. Introduction to resistance and pressure resistance of pulse bag dust collector: 1. Equipment resistance of pulse bag dust collector: The dust collector resistance we refer to refers to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag dust collector during operation. The normal equipment resistance loss range of bag dust collector is between 1000-1500Pa, and pulse bag dust collector is generally less than this value. The size of equipment resistance is related to the selection of blower and is an important factor in the selection of blower. The dust collector equipment will always be within this range during operation, and the design should consider the high value of equipment resistance to determine the size of the blower. 2. The pressure resistance of bag filter: The pressure resistance of bag filter is determined based on process requirements and the static pressure of the fan. The design pressure resistance of the equipment is determined according to the normal operating pressure of the bag filter. As a general purpose bag filter, the equipment has a pressure resistance of 3000-4000Pa. For long bag pulse dust collectors, the pressure resistance is generally 5000-6000Pa. For negative pressure air conveying devices powered by Roots blowers, the design pressure resistance of the dust collector is 20-40kPa. In addition, some devices such as blast furnace gas dry pulse bag dust collectors are designed with a pressure resistance requirement of 0.5 MPa or higher. The equipment is generally designed in a circular shape to meet the pressure resistance requirements. Maintenance and upkeep methods for pulse bag dust collectors: Nowadays, with the development of technology and information, the mechanical industry has also developed. Everyone knows that every machine has its corresponding service life, and the pulse bag filter is no exception. In order to prolong the service life of the pulse bag filter, regular maintenance and upkeep are crucial. Below, we will introduce the maintenance and upkeep methods for pulse bag dust collectors. 1. The upper cover plate and door sealing rubber hose of the pulse bag dust collector need to be regularly inspected. If aging and loss of elasticity are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner. Familiarize oneself with the working principle and technical performance of pulse controllers, and master their adjustment methods in order to promptly troubleshoot. 2. Regularly check the operation of the gearbox and dust removal system. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. The gearbox should be regularly oiled to ensure normal operation. It is also necessary to regularly check the changes in the pressure gauge, and identify the cause if it exceeds or falls below the specified range. 3. Electric control instruments and pneumatic valves should be cleaned regularly. Electric control instruments should be cleaned every six months, and pneumatic valves should be cleaned every 2-3 months. If damage is found to the diaphragm and spring (note: the pulse valve diaphragm is a vulnerable part), it should be replaced in a timely manner.
