Therefore, in the selection of filtration speed, it should be determined based on the inlet dust concentration of the body. Blindly using excessively high filtration speed to reduce equipment size will directly affect the purification effect of the dust collector. According to the current practical experience in domestic applications, the filtration speed of pulse dust collectors is generally recommended to be between 2.5 and 3 meters per minute. The process flow of using a pulse bag filter to treat industrial waste gas: The waste gas generated by the boiler is indirectly cooled by air and water, and then collected and treated by the pulse bag filter to meet the standard emission.
