1、 Introduction to Pulse Dust Collector Dust Cleaning System: Pulse dust collectors are particularly suitable for air purification of light, fine, and viscous dust. The dust cleaning system requires dividing the interior of the dust collector into several sealed chambers, with independent baffles installed on the outlet of each chamber's flower plate. Compression gas control systems such as cylinders and solenoid valves are used to control the baffles before pulse dust cleaning and spraying on a certain chamber. Therefore, pulse dust collectors; The offline dust removal structure of the pulse dust collector is relatively complex and equipped with a mobile mechanical baffle, so the cost and maintenance of the pulse dust collector are relatively higher than those of the online dust removal. The design of the dust removal system should be flexibly selected based on the properties of the flue gas and process requirements. In some processes such as garbage incineration, the smoke and dust properties are loose and not easy to form cakes, making dust removal more difficult. Using offline dust removal methods can reduce "secondary dust", increase the dust removal stage, and achieve the effect of reducing equipment resistance. The main structure of a low-pressure pulse dust collector is composed of four parts: a box body, a bag chamber, an ash hopper, and an inlet and outlet. It is equipped with pillars, stairs, railings, a compressed air pipeline system, and a dust cleaning control mechanism. The working principle of the offline dust cleaning pulse dust collector: Dust containing air enters the ash hopper of each compartment through the inlet air flow pipe of the dust collector and is guided by the ash hopper guide device. Large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while finer dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through various offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration process progresses, the dust on the filter bag accumulates. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value, the cleaning control device automatically closes the offline valve in one room according to the differential pressure setting value or cleaning time setting value. Then, the electronic pulse valve is opened according to the set program to stop air blowing, causing a sudden increase in pressure inside the filter bag. The dust on the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge machinery. Pulse dust collector is a type of dust collector with large air volume, compact structure, relatively high filtering wind speed, small footprint, good purification effect, and simple maintenance. Its dust removal efficiency is ≤ 99.8% or more, and its emission concentration meets the emission standards. It is widely used in dust metallurgy and material recovery in industries such as ironmaking blast furnace dust removal system, steelmaking dust removal system, building materials industry, power, chemical industry, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boiler flue gas dust removal, etc. 2、 Solution to common problems with pulse dust collectors: 1. It is strictly prohibited to stack flammable and explosive materials around the frame of the pulse dust collector, and the ventilation should be good. 2. Establish a regular maintenance system to promptly identify problems and prevent major accidents from occurring. 3. Regularly clean impurities and accumulated water from the source processor. 4. The dust layer on the surface of equipment and air ducts should be cleaned up immediately. 5. Regularly check the sealing status of the pulse dust collector and the operating status of the air network (including the fan). 6. Regularly refuel the transmission device, pay attention to dust prevention after refueling, and install sealing gaskets when closing the inspection port. Timely resolution of faults in the operation of pulse dust collectors not only ensures the continuity of production, but also has a positive impact on extending the service life of pulse dust collectors. The common faults of pulse dust collectors are as follows: the suction air volume of the pulse dust collector decreases, and the suction port cannot capture dust. Reason and solution for malfunction: 1. Fan mismatch: Replace the fan. 2. Pulse dust collector and air duct are not tightly sealed and there is local air leakage: check the sealing of the dust collector and air duct. 3. Blockage of air duct and displacement of air damper: Clean the air duct and fix the air damper. 4. The design air volume of the pulse dust collector is too small: replace the dust collector. 5. Filter bag blockage: excessive concentration of dusty gas, increase pre filtration or pulse dust collector; Dust containing gas has strong hygroscopicity and adheres to the surface of the filter bag. It can be insulated or heated and replaced with peritoneal filter material; If the humidity of the dusty gas is too high, it should be insulated or heated, and replaced with peritoneal filter material; If the filter bag has been used for a long time, replace it; The cleaning cycle is too long and the spraying width is too short. Adjust the pulse dust collector controller to shorten the cleaning cycle. 3、 The main structural features of the pulse dust collector include: 1. The inlet air flow equalization pipe and ash hopper diversion technology. The electromagnetic pulse valve adopts components, and the service life of its vulnerable component diaphragm is greater than 1 million times. 4. The upper end of the filter bag adopts a spring expansion ring type, which not only has good sealing performance, but also is simple to replace the bag during maintenance. The long bag offline pulse dust collector realizes bag replacement outside the machine. 5. The standard length of the bag cage is 3m. If the user's site is limited, the long bag offline pulse dust collector can be extended by 1-2m as needed, so that the equipment occupies a smaller area than other anti blowing dust collectors and conventional pulse dust collectors when processing the same air volume. It can save 30-50% and reduce equipment weight by about 40%.
