1、 The difference between water film dust collector and water film desulfurization dust collector. Water film dust collector is a dust removal equipment that can only remove dust from flue gas and cannot achieve desulfurization effect. Water film dust collector is a device that uses dusty gas to collide with the inner wall or other components of the dust collector, forming a water film in some way, so that the dust in the flue gas is captured by the water film, thereby purifying the gas. The working principle of a water film dust collector is that the dust containing gas is introduced from the lower part of the cylinder in a tangential direction, rotates upward, and the dust particles are separated by centrifugal force, thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder, adsorbed by the moving water film layer on the inner wall of the cylinder, and discharged through the dust outlet along with the water flow to the bottom cone. The formation of the water film layer is achieved by several nozzles arranged at the upper part of the cylinder, which spray water tangentially onto the wall of the device. A thin water film that rotates downward is always covered on the inner wall of the cylinder, which can achieve the purpose of improving the effect. Water film desulfurization and dust collector; It is a dual effect equipment that can remove both dust and sulfides from flue gas, widely used in the purification of pellet flue gas in major chemical industries and steel mills. It is a low resistance wet dust removal and desulfurization equipment and a novel environmentally friendly product for desulfurization equipment. The working principle of the water film desulfurization and dust removal device is that sulfur-containing gas, under the action of the turbocharging turbulence device, rotates and diffuses at high speed to form turbulent mass transfer with the absorbing slurry. The process of mass transfer is to form an emulsion layer between gas and liquid, which not only accelerates chemical absorption and neutralization, but also keeps the liquid film close to neutrality, maintaining a stable mass transfer rate throughout the entire process. Therefore, it is a low resistance desulfurization equipment. The technical advantages of water film desulfurization and dust collector are as follows: 1. Reasonable water distribution device is crucial for absorbing and capturing sulfur dioxide and smoke particles in flue gas. The sprinkler device is designed as an adjustable type, and the spray opening size can be adjusted according to the operating conditions. It has no blockage, low resistance, and no strict requirements for water quality. It can fully utilize alkaline wastewater such as boiler slag flushing water and ash flushing water to treat waste and save water resources. 2. The guiding and relay effects of the diversion device generate upward rotational force and impact force when the flue gas accelerates through the diversion blades. The barrier free center spray device sprays out the covered absorption liquid under the action of pneumatic cyclone, and the gas-liquid collides at high speed in the reaction zone, causing the droplets to be broken and dispersed, producing new surfaces. When the gas itself collides with the liquid, it also disperses, achieving full gas-liquid contact and mass transfer in a short time and with a small liquid to gas ratio, thus achieving high desulfurization efficiency. 2、 The development of desulfurization and dust removal equipment. The desulfurization and dust removal equipment is a reaction generated by the full fusion of molten iron and powdered reagents through spray guns and stirring. When a lot of low-density sulfur rich slag is generated in the desulfurization and dust removal equipment, once attached to the surface, it can be discharged by a slag removal device that can be used after a period of time. Nowadays, air pollution is particularly severe, and sulfur dioxide has seriously affected the quality of the air. Through desulfurization and dust removal, sulfur dioxide in the air can be converted. It often adopts the operation method of changing bags, allowing users to easily extract the skeleton inside, and the airtightness of the sealed box ensures that there is no dust leakage during use, thus ensuring smooth operation. 3、 Installation and operation procedures for desulfurization and dust collector: 1. Ground treatment shall be carried out at the designated location as the foundation, and the foundation size shall be based on the foundation layout plan. 2. After the installation of the main body of the desulfurization and dust collector, it should enter the equipment body to smooth the joints. 3. The circulating cleaning sedimentation tank can refer to the basic layout plan and be determined according to the site terrain, but there are reaction, sedimentation, and clean water tanks. Operating procedures for desulfurization and dust removal equipment: 1. Operators must undergo training before they can operate on duty. 2. Before operating the desulfurization and dust collector, the equipment should be inspected to ensure that all components are functioning properly. 3. Before starting up, check that the pH value of the liquid in the circulation pool is not lower than 10. 4. When starting up, the water pump should be started first to ensure the normal operation of the circulation system, and then the induced draft fan should be turned on. 5. When shutting down, the induced draft fan should be turned off first, and then the circulating water pump should be turned off. 6. The sediment in the pool should be cleaned regularly, and the circulating water should meet the requirements. 7. Add desulfurizer to the circulation pool as required for each shift, and conduct pH test with test paper. 8. Fill in the operation record and desulfurizer addition amount record for each shift. 9. Operators should pay attention to self-protection to avoid burns from desulfurizers.
