If the resistance of the flue gas is too small, the ideal desulfurization and dust removal effect cannot be achieved. If the resistance of the flue gas is too large, the flue gas flow rate of the induced draft fan will decrease, and the boiler will experience positive pressure combustion. Therefore, when choosing a desulfurization and dust collector, it is recommended to choose equipment with appropriate flue gas resistance and simple structure. If the selected equipment cannot achieve the desired desulfurization and dust removal effect, it is recommended to replace the induced draft fan, which will inevitably increase the investment cost.
