Dust removal framework; It is an important part of the dust collector, and the main reasons for its bending are as follows:

1. Material: If the material is not qualified, the requirements for the dust removal skeleton are different in different working environments. For example, in high temperature or corrosive conditions, long-term work will cause deformation or damage, so it needs to be treated or made of materials. When the temperature of the dusty gas is high, attention should be paid to insulation to prevent moisture from condensing inside the dust removal framework. If the dust does not absorb moisture and the dew point is between 30-50 ℃, the temperature of the dust removal framework should be 30 ℃ higher; If the dust has strong water absorption, such as gypsum, and the dew point is 20-50 ℃, the temperature of the dust removal skeleton should be 40-50 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature.

2. Process: The main issue is focused on welding. 1. Loosening caused by desoldering. 2. Burrs scratch the filter bag. When selecting a dust removal framework, the filter bag dust collector framework should have sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality, and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, contact between filter bags after being installed in the dust collector, as well as difficulties in bagging and friction between bag frames; All welding points of the dust collector skeleton are firm, and there should be no detachment, virtual welding, or leakage welding; The surface of the dust collector skeleton in contact with the dust removal filter bag should be smooth, and there should be no welding scars, unevenness, or burrs.

3. Skeleton: The vertical reinforcement of the dust removal skeleton generally uses 20-24 carbon steel bars, each with a diameter of 3.2 millimeters. The inner ring of the cage frame should use carbon steel bars with a diameter of 4 millimeters. The cage ring from the bottom of the cage should have a distance of 50 millimeters from the bottom of the cage, and the distance between each cage ring should be less than 155 millimeters, and so on. The cage ring should maintain a distance of 50 millimeters from the top flange bottom of the cage frame. In addition, the processing quality requirements for the dust removal skeleton are also very important. The ring making and spot welding equipment to be used should minimize burrs and maintain verticality during processing.

Methods to avoid distortion and deformation of dust removal skeleton:

When purchasing bag filter equipment, it is important to ensure that the fit between the dust collector frame and the bag is as moderate as possible, neither too loose nor too tight. Before mass production of bag cages, they should be adapted to the dust collector frame.

2. Accurate calculation of distance between the spray pipe and the flower plate: The distance between the spray pipe and the flower plate is accurately calculated based on the nozzle form and diameter. The deviation of the nozzle and the dust removal skeleton axis should be controlled within ± 1mm, otherwise it is easy to cause eccentricity during spraying, directly causing local wear of the dust removal skeleton and affecting its service life.

3. The surface of the filter bag dust collector skeleton can be treated by spraying, painting or electroplating. The treatment agent used for high temperature should meet the high temperature requirements, and the purified gas volume of the dust removal skeleton should be consistent with the actual amount of dust containing gas processed. When choosing the diameter of the dust removal bag cage, it should be as small as possible. If a large airflow is required, several small-diameter cyclone dust collectors can be connected in parallel; If the gas volume matches the dust removal framework, it is advisable to choose a multi tube dust collector.
