The structure of the pulse type bag filter has been greatly improved compared to the conventional dust collector, making it suitable for high-temperature and corrosive environments in boiler flue gas. The main feature is that there is no Venturi tube or blowing pipe at the upper opening of the dust removal bag, which not only reduces the resistance of blowing work, but also facilitates room by room maintenance and bag replacement. The number of electromagnetic pulse valves is 1-2 per room, and the length of the dust bag should not exceed 2.5m.

By adopting the technique of intermittent pulse blowing for dust removal in separate rooms, the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and counter blowing dust collectors have been overcome. The dust removal process has low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits. Suitable for the purification of dusty gases and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, power, and light industry industries.

Due to the use of segmented air stop pulse spraying for dust cleaning, the cleaning cycle is extended and the energy consumption for dust cleaning is reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.

High air volume per unit volume for dust removal. Different filter materials can be used to treat various types of flue gas to meet emission requirements and have strong adaptability. It can directly process dusty gases with a dust content of up to 1000g/Nm3, and the emission concentration of the treated gas is less than 50mg/Nm3. It can also meet stricter emission standards according to user requirements.

Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after extracting the skeleton during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box and removed from the manhole, which meets the operating conditions for bag replacement. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low air leakage rate. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.

The pulse valve used has performance. The service life of the pulse valve is 1 million times. The PLC programmable controller used in the control system is capable of timed or fixed resistance automatic blowing and cleaning of dust, implementing automated operation with low air consumption, dust cleaning, and stable performance.

7. Maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the keel, extending the life of the bag, and facilitating bag unloading.
