The bag filter consists of filter bag components, flow guide devices, pulse blowing systems, ash removal systems, control systems, offline protection systems, and enclosures. The dusty gas enters each unit chamber through the guide pipe. Under the action of the guide device, large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper. The remaining dust enters the filtering area of each chamber uniformly with the airflow. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the filter bag through the upper box and the lifting valve exhaust pipe. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag reaches its thickness, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag will gradually increase; When the pressure difference reaches the set value (controlled by the pressure difference meter), the air from the gas storage tank will force the diaphragm of the pulse valve to automatically open. The conveyed air will be sprayed into the filter bag through the nozzle through the air duct for online automatic back blowing and dust cleaning, shaking off the dust on the filter bag. The dust that falls into the ash hopper will be discharged through the ash discharge valve and sent out through the ash conveying system.
The filter bag component consists of a bag and a bag cage. The bag cage plays a role in supporting the cloth bag, and the upper part is connected to a carbon steel ring, which can lock the binding buckle of the cloth bag on the flower plate hole. Bag filter has a wide range of applications.
