Therefore, graphite plants should be equipped with dust removal systems, which mainly include bag filters, dust hoods, pipelines, etc.
The application of bag filter in graphite workshop: The bag filter in graphite workshop collects the dust emitted during the grinding process. The collected dust and gas enter the filter chamber of the bag filter through the pipeline, filter and purify the gas or dust through the dust bag, and then release clean gas.
During the operation of the bag filter in the graphite workshop, the following points should be noted: (1) After adjusting the dust removal system, do not replace the air volume adjustment device of the bag filter at will.
(2) Regularly check the tightness of the pipelines and equipment of the bag filter.
(3) Regularly clean the dust accumulation in the pipeline of the bag filter to prevent the accumulation or blockage of debris. Dust collector is a device that separates dust from flue gas. The performance of a dust collector is expressed in terms of the amount of gas that can be processed, the resistance loss of gas passing through the dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency.
(4) Worn or worn-out pipelines should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner.

The dust removal equipment, similar to the dust removal mechanism of masks, achieves mechanical interception of fly ash particles in flue gas through filter materials. But in addition, the first received fly ash particles also form a stable and dense layer of ash on the surface of the filter material (generally referred to as a filter cake or filter bed), which plays a good filtering role, especially in dust removal equipment that uses woven cloth as filter bags. This layer of filter bed plays the main filtering role.
