How to maintain bag filter in spring:
1. Bag filters should be operated and maintained by dedicated personnel, and operation records should be kept. Management personnel should master the principles, performance, structure, and usage conditions of dust collectors, promptly address any issues found, and ensure the normal operation of the production system.
2. Mechanical moving parts such as reducers and ash conveying devices should be oiled and changed according to regulations, especially the piston of the cylinder should not be short of oil. Regularly add oil to the oil cup, and any abnormal phenomena should be promptly eliminated.
3. The air filter of the compressed air system should be drained regularly, the drain valve at the low point of the air bag should be drained regularly, and those with gas storage tanks should also be drained regularly.
4. The control valve should be maintained by a dedicated person, and the solenoid valve and pulse valve should be inspected, repaired, and replaced regularly.
5. If the sealing strip on the manhole door is damaged or aged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
6. After the process system stops during shutdown, the dust collector and exhaust fan should continue to operate for a period of time to remove moisture and dust from the equipment. Note that when the dust collector stops working, repeatedly clean the dust from the filter bag (manual cleaning can be used) to prevent moisture and bag sticking.
7. When the dust collector is working normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise the dust accumulation in the ash hopper will overflow into the bag chamber, forcing the dust collector to stop.
Precautions for trial operation of bag filter:
1. The rotation direction, speed, bearing vibration, and temperature of the fan.
2. Check whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
3. Adjustment of cleaning cycle and cleaning period.
4. The installation status of the filter bag, whether there are any occurrences of bag shedding, looseness, wear, etc. after use.
5. Pay attention to whether there is condensation in the bag chamber and whether the ash discharge system is functioning properly.
Inspection of bag filter during operation:
1. The installation status of the dust removal filter bag, whether there is any bag shedding, looseness, wear and tear after use, and the emission situation of the chimney can be visually inspected after operation to determine.
2. Pay attention to whether there is condensation in the bag chamber and whether the ash discharge system is functioning properly. To prevent blockage and erosion, severe dust accumulation can affect the production of the host.
3. The adjustment of cleaning cycle and cleaning time is an important factor affecting the dust collection function and operation status.
4. Check whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
5. The rotation direction, speed, bearing vibration, and temperature of the fan.
