The filter cloth of the dust removal bag is made of polyester needle punched felt, which is made by incorporating conductive fiber yarn into the warp yarn of the base cloth used in the production of needle punched felt or mixing conductive fibers and other conductive materials into chemical fibers. It has the properties of being used in industries such as flour dust, chemical dust, coal dust, etc. where there is a possibility of explosion in the event of electrostatic discharge.
If the concentration of industrial dust reaches a certain level (i.e. explosion) and encounters factors such as electrostatic discharge sparks or external ignition, it is highly likely to cause explosions and fires. For example, flour dust, chemical dust, coal powder dust, etc. may explode in the event of electrostatic discharge. In bag type dust removal, if these dust particles need to be collected with cloth bags, it is required that the filter material used to make the dust removal cloth bag has performance.
