It is a plasma purifier for dry treatment of exhaust gas. It has changed the process technology of using activated carbon materials, without the need to process raw materials, without the responsibility of a dedicated person, without generating secondary pollution, and with convenient replacement and maintenance. Low temperature plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gas. When the applied voltage reaches the discharge voltage of the gas, the gas is broken down, producing a mixture including electrons, various ions, atoms, and free radicals.

During the discharge process, although the electron temperature is high, the temperature of heavy particles is low, and the entire system exhibits a low-temperature state, hence it is called low-temperature plasma. Low temperature plasma degradation of pollutants utilizes the interaction between these active particles such as electrons and free radicals and pollutants in exhaust gas, causing pollutant molecules to decompose within a certain period of time and undergo various subsequent reactions to achieve the goal of pollutant degradation. Generally, gas discharge will generate plasma, and this discharge phenomenon is to separate one or more electrons from gas principles or molecules through some mechanism, forming a gas medium. This medium is called ionized gas. If an external electric field produces ionized gas, a conduction current is formed, and this phenomenon is called gas discharge. And the technology of this plasma purifier is a principle of industrial waste gas treatment. The plasma purification equipment uses commonly used high-temperature ultraviolet lamps for lighting, which are easy to replace and repair. These lamps are very common on the market, and the maintenance of plasma purification equipment is not a problem.
