After passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas fully contacts with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid to absorb and neutralize the reaction. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top of the tower, and then refluxed to the bottom for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards.

3、 Structure
The packing layer inside the spray tower serves as a mass transfer device for gas-liquid two-phase contact components. The bottom of the packing tower is equipped with packing support plates, and the packing is placed on the support plates in a disorderly manner. Install a packing pressure plate above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising airflow. The spray liquid from the spray tower is sprayed onto the packing material through the liquid distributor at the top of the tower and flows down along the surface of the packing material. Gas is fed from the bottom of the tower, distributed by a gas distribution device, and continuously flows in reverse flow with the liquid through the gaps of the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid phase is in close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid flows downwards along the packing layer, wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, which causes uneven distribution of gas-liquid phases in the packing layer, resulting in a decrease in mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer inside the spray tower is divided into two sections, with a redistribution device installed in the middle. After redistribution, it is sprayed onto the lower packing layer.
4、 Applicable precautions
1. Adjustment of circulating water volume: It is determined by the spray tower water supply pump. When one boiler is running, one can be turned on. When two or three pumps are running simultaneously in winter, both pumps should be turned on. The flow rate of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow rate of the circulating pump to make it equal.
2. The dosing amount in the spraying tower's dosing pool: When running one boiler, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of hydrated lime. If two or three boilers are running in winter, the dosing amount can be increased by the corresponding multiple.
3. The sedimentation tank of the spray tower should be cleaned regularly, once a week in summer and once every three days in winter.
4. When discharging from the grey water separator, discharge once per shift and open the discharge valves separately until clear water is discharged.
5. The above rotating components should be regularly inspected and oiled, and any faults should be promptly eliminated to achieve the desulfurization effect of the spray tower.
6. Attention should be paid to self security and mutual security awareness when adding medication up and down stairs.
7. After the work is completed, it is necessary to clean up the area in a timely manner and ensure that the site is clear when people leave.
