How to maintain the dust collector in spring

DATE:2020-03-09
This article introduces how to maintain dust collectors in spring.

Spring returns to the earth, the weather warms up, and our dust removal equipment should also undergo annual maintenance work.

If industrial dust removal equipment is not maintained regularly or used incorrectly, it can cause many serious consequences that we cannot predict. Some serious consequences are simply irreparable, so proper maintenance of dust removal equipment is very important.

Today, the editor will provide a detailed overview of how to properly maintain and upkeep dust removal equipment, specifically dust collectors, on a daily basis.

?

1. There are many types of dust collectors, with different specifications, models, structural performance, and functional characteristics. Before using the equipment, it is necessary to carefully read the user manual to avoid damage to the industrial dust collector caused by improper use and to avoid endangering the operators.

2. Dry dust collectors are not allowed to absorb water, and wet hands are not allowed to operate the dust collector. If there are large paper balls, plastic cloths, or waste materials larger than the diameter of the straw that need to be cleaned, they should be cleaned in advance, otherwise it is very easy to cause straw blockage. 6、 When industrial vacuum cleaners suck liquid substances, the filter element should be removed and attention should be paid to timely emptying the liquid.

3. The operating environment temperature of ordinary industrial dust collectors should not exceed 40 degrees, and the workplace should not be above an altitude of 1000 meters. There should be a good ventilation environment, and the air should not be used in a dry indoor environment with flammable or corrosive gases.

.

4. When using an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with an automatic winding device, simply pull out the power cord to a sufficient length for use. Do not pull the power cord over. If you see a yellow or red mark on the power cord, stop pulling it out immediately to prevent it from being pulled too far. If you need to retract the power cord, simply press the button to automatically retract it.

5. Connect the ground wire and use electricity. A typical industrial vacuum cleaner works continuously for no more than 8 hours each time, mainly to prevent the motor from overheating and burning out. And there is a design of industrial vacuum cleaners that, due to the use of a cooling system, can work continuously for 36 hours without stopping, and can be used in conjunction with machine tools.

6. Mobile dust removal equipment should be careful not to be hit to prevent damage to the industrial vacuum cleaner barrel and air leakage, thereby reducing the suction power of the industrial vacuum cleaner.

7. Do not excessively expand and bend industrial vacuum cleaner hoses or frequently fold them back and forth, as it will affect the lifespan of industrial vacuum cleaner hoses.

8. Check whether the power plug and power cord of the dust collector equipment are damaged, as leakage can burn out the industrial vacuum cleaner motor.

9. If the main unit of the dust removal equipment heats up, has a burnt smell, or the industrial vacuum cleaner shakes and makes abnormal noises, it should be stopped immediately and sent for repair. Do not overload the industrial vacuum cleaner.

10. When the machine is not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. Industrial vacuum cleaners that do not support long-term continuous operation should be controlled within the working time supported by the industrial vacuum cleaner, and should not be overloaded, otherwise it will affect the service life of the industrial vacuum cleaner.
