The dust collector of the crusher is used to deal with the dust emissions from processes such as perforation, rock drilling, blasting, transportation, and crushing in open-pit or underground mining, which seriously pollute the working environment and atmospheric environment. The dust removal equipment of the crusher has the characteristics of simple structure, small and compact size, and easy migration. The dust collector of the crusher utilizes high-frequency pulse airflow generated by a reverse blower. With continuous operation of the dust collector, it blows into the filter bags one by one through a rotating arm, causing the bag walls to vibrate slightly at a frequency of 1000-1500 Hertz, achieving dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bags. Working principle of crusher dust collector:

The dusty gas enters the gas box at the bottom of the dust collector through the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector for pre-treatment, and then enters each dust removal chamber in the upper box from the bottom; Dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean gas enters the clean air chamber of the upper box through the filter cartridge and collects at the air outlet for discharge. As the filtration process continues, more and more dust will accumulate on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, which will increase the operating resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the dust collector resistance should be maintained within the range of 1400-1600Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller should issue commands through fixed resistance or timing to perform three state dust cleaning. The dust cleaning process involves first cutting off the clean air outlet channel of a certain room, keeping the room in a static state of airflow, and then performing compressed air pulse back blowing to clean the dust. After several seconds of natural settling, the clean air outlet channel of the room is opened again. This not only cleans the dust, but also avoids the secondary adsorption of dust generated by spraying and cleaning, thus circulating the dust cleaning room by room.
