The working principle of the right angle pulse valve is that the diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear chamber presses the diaphragm tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the closed state. The pulse valve controller presses the diaphragm backwards, and compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port. The pulse is in the open closed state. The electrical signal of the pulse spraying controller disappears, and the electromagnetic pulse valve armature resets. The exhaust hole in the rear chamber is closed, and the pressure in the rear chamber increases, causing the diaphragm to tightly adhere to the valve in the closed state. The function of the pulse valve on the bag filter: The dusty gas enters the middle and lower boxes through the inlet of the dust collector. During the process of entering the upper box through the filter bag, the dusty gas is separated by various effects of the filter bag, and the dust is adsorbed on the filter bag. The gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper box through the Venturi tube, and is discharged from the outlet. The purification process of dusty gas passing through the filter bag results in an increasing amount of dust accumulating on the filter bag over time, which increases the resistance of the filter bag and gradually reduces the amount of gas passing through it.
