The catalytic combustion produced by our company is a typical gas-solid phase catalytic reaction, which reduces the activation energy of the reaction under the action of the catalyst, allowing it to undergo flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature of 250-350 ℃. The material on the surface of the solid catalyst oxidizes, producing CO2 and H2O, and releasing a large amount of heat. Due to its low oxidation reaction temperature, N2 in the air forms high-temperature NOx. Moreover, due to the selective catalytic effect of the catalyst, it is possible to limit the oxidation process of nitrogen-containing compounds in the fuel, resulting in the formation of molecular nitrogen in most cases.
