If this phenomenon is not dealt with in a timely and proper manner, it will aggravate the corrosion of the single machine dust collector, hydrolyze the dust removal bag, shorten the service life of the bag filter, and in severe cases, even cause dust to adhere to the surface of the filter bag, block the pores of the filter bag, resulting in a sudden increase in resistance of the dust removal equipment, and thus unable to work normally. Therefore, insulation of the dust removal equipment in winter is particularly important; So when northern manufacturers purchase dust removal equipment, they should have the dust collector manufacturer insulated for normal use in winter; When using dust removal equipment to handle high-temperature flue gas, prevent local cooling and condensation at the mouth of the dust removal bag.
The compressed air used for dust cleaning has a lower temperature, while the flue gas to be purified has a higher temperature. When the compressed air is sprayed into the dust removal bag through the spray pipe, the compressed air is suddenly released, and the temperature at the bag mouth drops sharply. Due to the temperature difference and pressure reduction, the bag mouth of the dust removal bag with higher temperature is prone to condensation. If the compressed air quality is poor, containing oil and water, the condensation phenomenon of the bag filter is severe.
