After inspecting the installation of the internal steel structure of the dust collector, it is confirmed that there will be no open flame operations such as gas cutting or welding after the installation of the filter bag. Otherwise, open flame construction will easily burn the filter bag.
The pipeline of the dust cleaning system is cleaned with compressed air to prevent debris from being blown into the filter bag and damaging it.
Arrange the installation of filter bags after the boiler drying, flushing and other processes to avoid the production of a lot of low-temperature, high humidity, and high oil flue gas sticking to the bags during these processes, which can cause blockages in the filter bag pores and make it difficult to remove and add resistance.
4. The pre coating conditions for filter bags are met, that is, the flue system has been connected, the fan can start and stop normally, and the fly ash and coating equipment are ready.
5. The compressed air circuit, lifting valve, and bypass valve can move up and down smoothly, and the low-pressure system in the bag area can operate normally.
Clean the interior of the clean air chamber, paying special attention to wiping off oily dust on the edges of the flower plate holes.
