The characteristics of the filter cartridge dust collector are as follows:

The characteristics of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector are as follows:
1. The filter cartridge uses polyester fiber as the filter material, which adheres a layer of sub micron ultra-thin fibers to the general filter material. The arrangement of fibers on this adhesion layer is very tight, and the small sieve holes can block most of the sub micron dust particles on the surface of the filter material.

3. The height of the filter cartridge is small, and the installation and maintenance workload is small;
4. Compared with dust collectors of the same volume, the filtration area is relatively large, the filtration air speed is small, and the resistance is not high;
5. The single machine dust collector adopts pulse jet online dust cleaning method. The dust cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller. Multiple filter cartridges are installed inside the dust collector to increase its filtering area. When one (pair) of filter cartridges meets the requirements for dust cleaning, the spraying device is activated for dust cleaning, and the other filter cartridges work normally. This achieves the dust cleaning effect without affecting the operation of the equipment, allowing the dust collector to operate continuously; The combined dust collector adopts offline pulse automatic circulation cleaning in separate rooms for dust cleaning.
Multiple filter cartridges are installed in each dust removal chamber to increase its filtering area. When a filter cartridge in a certain dust removal chamber meets the requirements for dust cleaning, the spraying device is activated for dust cleaning, and other dust removal chambers work normally. This not only maintains the dust cleaning effect but also allows the dust collector to operate continuously.
