The working principle of JH-DJ type integrated dust collector is that the dusty gas enters the equipment from the top air inlet and passes through the cyclone separator at high speed. The high-voltage electrostatic precipitator rotates the dusty gas downward along the axis at high speed, using centrifugal force to remove coarser particles of dust. The high-voltage electrostatic precipitator controls the initial dust concentration entering the electric field.
Then, the gas from the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator enters the electric field through the lower ash hopper. Due to the cross-sectional area of the lower ash hopper being several times larger than that of the inner pipe, according to the principle of constant rotation torque of the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator, the radial and axial wind speeds sharply decrease to produce a zero velocity interface, causing the heavy particulate dust in the inner pipe to settle in the lower ash hopper and reduce the concentration of dust entering the electric field. The low concentration dust containing gas is collected by electrostatic precipitator and condensed on the anode and cathode plates. The collected dust is transported away by the locking and discharging device after being cleaned and vibrated by the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator.
In order to prevent secondary dust formation in the lower ash hopper after the cyclone and electric field plate vibration inside the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator, an isolation cone is specially installed in the lower ash hopper. The JH type integrated high-voltage electrostatic precipitator is mainly used in various industries such as cement plants, fertilizer plants, and other grinding machines, crushing point discharge ports, packaging machines, dryers, and various similar dispersed dust source treatments.
