The dust collector bag is formed by needle punching and using hydrophobic and oleophobic agents through immersion rolling, pre drying, and baking treatment. After drying, the hydrophobic and oleophobic agents are attached to the surface of the filter fiber in a mesh pattern, thereby reducing the surface tension between water and oil and the filter bag. In this way, the wet filter medium formed by water, oil, and dust will not adhere to the surface of the bag filter, thus avoiding the phenomenon of bag sticking.
Dust collector bag mechanism: The bag is impregnated with a mixed working fluid prepared with reactive fluoride additives, which causes the working fluid to react with certain groups in the macromolecular structure of the filter fiber, forming macromolecular chains and changing the affinity of the fiber with water and oil. This reduces the surface tension of the bag filter material to less than that of water and oil, thus achieving the purpose of the bag.
Production process of dust collector bag: fiber loosening - combing - stacking - pre needle punching - main needle punching - calendering - impregnating working fluid - baking - heat setting - finished product
After being treated with agents, various bag filter materials can form molecular barriers around the fiber surface, which can prevent water and various oil stains from adhering to and penetrating. Compared with ordinary filter media, cloth bags not only have characteristics, but also have anti adhesion and easy peeling properties for dust. This bag is particularly suitable for filtering in southern or rainy areas of China, as well as in areas with high air humidity. Bags are usually used when the temperature of the dust collector box is lower than the dew point temperature and the humidity of the dusty gas is high.
