、 If the pulse bag dust collector; The gas bag is designed according to the pressure window standard and has a sufficiently large cellar. The basic body is a compressed gas stable pressure tank. When there is a stabilizing tank in front of the airbag, it is necessary to install the stabilizing tank close to the airbag to prevent the compressed gas from losing pressure through the slender pipeline during transportation.
、 Each airbag is equipped with an automatic (i.e. two position two-way solenoid valve) or manual oil-water drain valve at the bottom, which periodically discharges impurities from the container outward.
、 The blowing bag has sufficient capacity to meet the blowing air volume. It is recommended that the pressure drop inside the air bag after pulse injection should not exceed 30% of the original storage pressure.
、 The diameter of the intake pipe of the airbag is chosen to be larger during the day to meet the speed of air supply. Multiple intake input pipelines can be designed for large capacity airbags.
、 For atmospheric gas bags, multiple bags can be connected into a gas storage circuit using a 76mm diameter pipeline.
、 After processing and production, the gas bag is continuously sprayed with compressed gas to clean the internal welding slag, and then the valve is installed. When testing pulse valves in the workshop, especially submerged valves with a diameter of 76mm, the pressure of the compressed air in the air bag and the flow rate of the supplementary air should be taken into account, otherwise the pulse valve will not open or leak.
、 If it is found that the upper outlet of the pulse valve of the single dust collector is leaking after installation on site. That's because the gas bag contains impurities, which causes rust to accumulate on the small diaphragm and prevent the valve from closing. It needs to be disassembled and cleaned.
、 Consider and meet quality requirements when designing circular or square cross-section air pockets.
、 The submerged electromagnetic pulse valve should be installed on the upper or side of the airbag to prevent oil and moisture from entering the dust filter bag through the pulse valve. Submerged pulse valves should not be installed at the lower part of the airbag.
