Venturi tube; Also known as the Venturi tube, its main function is to induce secondary airflow. The Venturi tube improves the intensity and effectiveness of pulse blowing, reduces the amount of compressed air used, and saves energy. The Venturi tube is made of 1mm thick steel plate by one-time stretching, which has the characteristics of smooth and beautiful appearance, stable quality, and plays a crucial role in protecting the filter bag.
The obvious feature of the Venturi tube is that when the inlet pressure of the Venturi tube remains constant and the outlet pressure is reduced to a certain extent (the pressure loss of the Venturi tube is greater than the initial cavitation pressure loss), cavitation occurs at the throat of the Venturi tube. When the outlet pressure further decreases, the cavitation zone gradually expands and becomes cavitation. The obvious feature after cavitation is that the flow rate through the Venturi tube is not affected by the outlet pressure and downstream pressure of the Venturi tube, but only depends on the inlet pressure. Increasing the inlet pressure can increase the flow rate, and the downstream pressure pulsation is isolated by the Venturi tube and will not be transmitted to the upstream of the Venturi tube, preventing pressure oscillation of the entire pipeline.
