Generally, we set the gas pressure to around 6 kilograms of force. Mechanical vibration dust cleaning is commonly used in small single machine filter cartridge dust collectors. It uses the shaking force generated by the eccentric device on the dust collector's flower plate to clean the dust. This action requires operation after stopping the machine.

The design wind speed of the filter cartridge is a critical parameter that affects the overall operation of the dust collector. Generally, we recommend that the design wind speed of filter paper containing wood pulp fibers should not exceed 0.6 meters per minute, and the recommended design wind speed for polyester non-woven fabric is 1 meter per minute. Of course, we also need to consider the specific characteristics of the filtered dust.
