The dust removal filter cartridge must meet these four technical requirements.

2 . Rust prevention treatment shall be carried out on the accessories of the dust removal filter cartridge of the filter cartridge dust collector

Cylindrical dust collectors are commonly used in industries such as welding and laser cutting, and the dust generated mostly contains corrosive components. The metal parts of the dust removal filter cartridge of the filter cartridge dust collector need to undergo rust prevention treatment on the inner and outer metal frames, gong wires, etc.

3 . The outer surface of the film box has no obvious scratches, bumps, fuzz, burrs, etc

The dust removal filter cartridge requires a surface without defects, obvious scratches, bumps, fuzz, burrs, etc.

4 . The dust removal filter cartridge is equipped with an appropriate blowing device

The cleaning dust of the dust collector is also very important. Dust collectors can use induction nozzles, Venturi tubes, and other spraying devices as needed to spray clean dust. A protective net should be added to the inside of the cassette tape.
