Silo top dust collector

product description:The top dust collector is a single unit dust removal equipment with an automatic dust cleaning structure. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises such as cement, mineral powder, mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and grain processing.

The top dust collector is a single unit dust removal equipment with an automatic dust cleaning structure. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises such as cement, mineral powder, mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and grain processing. It is used to filter small, non fibrous dry dust in gases or to recover dry powder in the process flow. The dust collector on the top of the warehouse is used for dust removal.

A top dust collector is a dust removal device used on the top of a silo. The top dust collector is mainly used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, grain processing and other industrial and mining enterprise silos. And it is widely used as a dust removal equipment for filtering small, non fibrous dry dust in gases or recovering dry powder materials in the process flow.

Separate the floating dust particles in the silo through cloth bags and discharge clean air into the atmosphere to protect the environment.

The dusty gas enters the dust collector box through the air inlet, and small dust particles are trapped on the outer wall of the bag due to various effects of the bag. The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet of the box on the cloth bag. As the usage time increases, the amount of dust adsorbed on the surface of the bag increases, the breathability of the bag decreases, and the resistance of the dust collector continues to increase. To control the resistance of the dust collector within a limited range, a pulse controller sends a signal to sequentially open the electromagnetic pulse valve, causing the compressed air in the air bag to be sprayed from each nozzle of the blowing tube to the corresponding Venturi tube (called primary air), and inducing the surrounding air with a derivative multiple of the primary air (called secondary air) to enter the filter cartridge when the high-speed airflow passes through the Venturi tube, causing rapid expansion between the bags. Due to the impact of the reverse pulse airflow, the bags quickly disappear, and the bags shrink sharply, causing the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the bags to be trapped and the falling dust to enter the ash storage.

After the top dust collector is put into operation, a dedicated person should be assigned to manage and maintain it, familiar with the working principle and technical performance of the dust collector, master the adjustment and maintenance methods, conduct patrol inspections every shift, and establish operation records.

2. The oil-water separator, filter, air storage tank, and air bag shift of compressed air should discharge sewage once or twice.

3. The filter material for compressed air should be replaced every 2-6 months.

4. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months and vulnerable parts should be replaced.

5. Various rubber seals should be replaced regularly.

If there is dust emission from the exhaust port, check whether the filter bag is loose or damaged, whether the bolts (Venturi tube) are loose, and whether the gasket is aging. (Can open the top cover for inspection)

If dust is found to be emitted from the exhaust port after each cleaning, it is considered excessive cleaning and the cleaning cycle should be adjusted.

8. The condition of the filter bag should be checked regularly (once every three months), and if there is any damage, it should be replaced or repaired immediately. When repairing, the same material as the filter bag should be used for patching, and it is strictly prohibited to use only thread to thread stitching. The general service life of cloth bags is 1-2 years.

9. Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the dust collector body, and promptly apply paint to any damaged areas, at least once every two years.
