It is widely used in the purification of waste gases, especially those with low recycling value, such as chemical, painting, insulation materials, enameled wire, and coating production industries. There are already many standardized equipment available for selection.

The main function is to use the electric heater in the catalytic combustion bed to heat the exhaust gas generated by the production line, so that the exhaust gas is converted into CO2 and H2O at around 280-300 ℃ under the action of the catalyst and releases a large amount of heat. Heat is reused through a heat exchanger.

Adsorption catalytic combustion generally uses a fixed bed catalytic reactor. The design of the reactor should be carried out in accordance with specifications, and should be easy to operate, maintain, and load/unload catalysts.

When designing the process of catalytic combustion, a modular process should be designed according to the specific situation for situations with large volumes, that is, the preheater and reactor should be installed independently and connected by pipelines. For small-scale applications, catalytic incinerators can be used to combine preheating and reaction, but attention should be paid to the distance between the preheating section and the reaction section.

Among the various equipment for exhaust gas purification, low cost, low energy consumption, no secondary pollution, and energy conservation should be selected according to the specific situation, which is beneficial for environmental protection. For example, the CHO-91 waste gas purification tower, a representative unit in the waste gas purification industry, adopts a five fold waste gas adsorption and filtration purification system. The waste gas purification design is meticulous, and the waste gas is purified and filtered layer by layer. It has successfully constructed the purification of waste gas from Olympic rowing painting, and the effect is good.
