Selection of standalone dust collector:

1. The accuracy of selection determines the size of investment and the filtering wind speed;

Single machine dust collector is suitable for dust removal in scattered small air volume dust points, with simple selection and process layout. The dusty gas enters the filter chamber with filter bags through the ash hopper (those without ash hoppers will directly enter the bag chamber). Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust duct by the fan. As the filter bag thickens, the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise, usually reaching 1500pa. In order for the dust collector to continue working, dust cleaning is required.

The filter bags of the dust collector are arranged in a straight line, and each row of filter bags is equipped with a pulse valve to control the compressed air pulse cleaning. The action of the pulse valve is controlled by a program controller. During dust cleaning, the dust cleaning controller sends a command to release compressed air of 0.5-0.7MPa at the moment of action of the pulse valve. Compressed air is injected into the filter bag at high speed through the small hole on the spray pipe facing the filter bag. At the same time, it induces a secondary airflow several times that of compressed air, producing an instantaneous shock wave that propagates downward along the entire length of the filter.
