1、 Regularly inspect the inside of the electrostatic precipitator electric field, replace broken cathode spikes in a timely manner, clean the dust on both poles, analyze the causes of excessive dust hanging on the corona wire and anode plate, and make timely adjustments. Pay attention to whether the electrode plate and cathode frame are deformed, whether the corona wire is loose, whether the electrode distance deviation is within the specified range (the distance deviation between the corona wire and the electrode plate should be less than 5mm), whether the vibration hammer is displaced or loose, whether the striking force meets the requirements, and whether the gas distribution plate, flue, and ash hopper discharge outlet are blocked. Clean the dust inside the insulation box and control cabinet once a week, check whether the GK board is securely in the socket, whether the wire ends are connected, especially the ceramic shaft of the vibration device, the high-voltage insulation porcelain seat, and the high-voltage porcelain bottle at the output end of the silicon rectifier transformer. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Adjust the working cycle of the timing controller in a timely manner based on the dust emission situation to control the vibration frequency; Or switch the cathode vibration from automatic to manual.

The specific resistance of dust is an indicator for evaluating its conductivity and has a direct impact on dust removal efficiency. The specific resistance is too low, making it difficult for dust particles to remain on the dust collection electrode, resulting in their return to the airflow. If the specific resistance is too high, the dust particles that reach the dust collection electrode are not easily discharged, and a voltage gradient is formed between the dust layers, which can cause local breakdown and discharge phenomena. These situations will cause a decrease in dust removal efficiency.

The power supply of the electrostatic precipitator consists of a control box, a step-up transformer, and a rectifier. The voltage output of the power supply also has a significant impact on the dust removal efficiency. Therefore, the operating voltage of the electrostatic precipitator needs to be maintained at 40-75kV or even above 100kV.
