The DMC series single machine pulse bag filter is mainly composed of a fan, a box, an ash discharge device, a control system, etc. The single machine pulse filter is all placed in a circular steel plate welded box, which is structurally and operationally convenient. The lower part of this single pulse dust collector unit is directly connected to dust removal equipment such as warehouse roofs, silos, and belt conveyors with flanges for on-site dust removal, and the dust is directly recovered.
Working principle of DMC pulse single machine dust collector:
When this single machine pulse bag filter is working, the dusty gas enters the box through the inlet of the single machine pulse filter, and the purified gas filtered by the filter bag of the single machine pulse filter is directly sucked in and discharged by the fan. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag of the single pulse dust collector, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and gradually reducing the processing air volume. In order to ensure the normal operation of the single pulse bag filter, the resistance should be controlled within a certain range to clean the filter bag of the single pulse dust collector. During the cleaning process, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed into the filter bag through the pulse valve to the various holes of the spray pipe. The filter bag of the single pulse dust collector rapidly expands, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off and the filter bag to be removed. The dust and ash collected by the single pulse dust collector are discharged through the ash discharge valve. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag of the single machine pulse bag filter is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and the single machine bag filter dust removal system to operate.

1、 The main technical parameters for selecting a bag filter are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration, and humidity. According to the high values of air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration in the process design, based on the principle of slightly lower than the values in the technical performance table, the corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model
2、 The gas consumption in the table refers to the situation when the factory supplies gas centrally. If an air compressor is used separately, the gas consumption in the table should be increased by 1.5 times.
3、 The air consumption listed in the compressed air consumption column refers to the high air consumption of this model of equipment.
