Electric tar catcher equipment

product description:They are mainly different from the form of sedimentation electrode, the arrangement of corona electrode, insulation box, and feeding box.

The structure composition of electric tar precipitator equipment: The four types of electric tar precipitators are all composed of components such as housing, sedimentation electrode, upper and lower hangers, gas distribution plate, steam blowing tube, insulation box, and feeding box. They are mainly different from the form of sedimentation electrode, the arrangement of corona electrode, insulation box, and feeding box.

Working principle: The main working part of the electric tar catcher consists of a corona electrode and a precipitation electrode. A rated DC high voltage is applied between the metal wire corona electrode serving as the negative electrode and the metal plate precipitation electrode serving as the positive electrode. Due to the large negative charge ionization, the movement speed of the negative charge ions in the electric field is faster than that of the positive charge ions, and the breakdown voltage of the negative corona electrode is higher than that of the positive corona. When gas enters from the bottom of the equipment and flows into the electric field space through the gas distributor, gas molecules ionize under the action of the electric field. The majority of tar particles carried in coal gas carry negative charges and adsorb onto the surface of the precipitation electrode along the direction of the power line, releasing charges and becoming neutral oil particles. The oil mist particles continuously condense on the surface of the electrode plate, increase in size, and then flow as oil droplets by gravity along the surface of the precipitation electrode to the bottom of the equipment, and are discharged through the discharge outlet. In addition, the tar particles with positive charges near the corona electrode are adsorbed by the corona electrode wire, flow down along the surface of the wire, and also converge at the bottom of the equipment. The purified gas flows out from the top of the equipment.
