Working principle of activated carbon adsorption box

(3) Strong adsorption: The strong adsorption section uses exhaust gas filtration material, which allows exhaust gas particles to collide with glass fibers in the material and be adsorbed. The exhaust gas further dries into powder in the filtration material. When the material is saturated, it can be removed and cleaned before reuse.

(4) (Type B) Odor removal layer: Honeycomb shaped low resistance activated carbon is selected, which has a large specific surface area, microporous structure, high attachment capacity, and high surface area. The exhaust gas comes into contact with the porous activated carbon with a large surface area, and the solvent pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed to separate them from the gas mixture and achieve purification. The pollutants that can be removed include toluene, xylene, acetone, ethanol, ether, formaldehyde, acetic acid, ethyl ester, styrene, odorous substances, etc. The glass fiber gradually densifies the structure; The windward side is green, and the exhaust side is white. The low compression performance maintains its appearance unchanged, making its filtering fibers conducive to storing oil mist and dust.
