1、 The relationship between the efficiency, lifespan, and working temperature of a pulse bag filter is not clear. In most cases, the outlet concentration is required to be in mg/m3, which is significantly different from the dust concentration calculated in g/m3 during high-temperature filtration. When dealing with high humidity gases with temperatures close to the dew point, if the captured dust is prone to deliquescence, it should instead be mixed with high-temperature gases to reduce the relative humidity of the gas. Pulse bag filter; The usage temperature is an important basis for design, and errors in usage temperature can sometimes lead to serious consequences. This is because the temperature is constrained by the following two conditions: 1. There are strict restrictions on the temperature that different filter bag materials can withstand (instantaneous temperature and long-term use temperature). 2. To prevent condensation, the gas temperature should be kept above the dew point, generally above 30 ℃. For high-temperature dust, cool the dusty gas to a temperature that the dust removal filter bag can withstand. In general, the investment cost of bag filters used for processing high-temperature gases is relatively high, and air cooling facilities also require funding. The cooling method should be determined according to the temperature and air volume formed by the production process, and the size of the pulse bag filter should be considered to develop an economical processing temperature. Ordinary gases at higher temperatures containing a large amount of moisture and sulfur oxides cannot be cooled to lower temperatures because gases containing SOx have a higher acid dew point. The main factors affecting the efficiency and service life of pulse bag dust collectors include gas to cloth ratio, filter material, cleaning method, reasonable selection of the system, and operation and maintenance management. The reasonable selection of air to cloth ratio and filter material is the basis for the efficiency and service life of dust collectors. The gas to cloth ratio and filter material are selected based on the characteristics of flue gas, dust characteristics, physical and chemical properties, emission standards after dust removal, allowable resistance loss, and cleaning methods. The gas to cloth ratio is mainly determined by the amount of smoke and the dust concentration of the smoke. The gas to cloth ratio is the amount of flue gas treated per unit area of filter material. The air cloth ratio is selected too high, resulting in a small volume, low cost, high operating resistance, and frequent dust cleaning of the designed pulse bag filter. Dust particles are easily embedded inside the filter material, which shortens the service life of the bag and affects the normal operation of the pulse bag filter. On the contrary, selecting an air cloth ratio that is too low is also not suitable. The cost of designing a pulse bag filter increases significantly, and the economic benefits it brings are not significant. In addition, different cleaning methods require different air cloth ratios due to their distinct cleaning characteristics. 2、 When using a pulse bag filter, it is important to pay attention to the following aspects: 1. Use testing instruments to monitor the operating status. The operating status of the pulse bag filter can be determined by the system pressure, inlet gas temperature, voltage and current of the main motor displayed by the testing instrument, as well as their changes. The situation that can be understood through these values includes: whether the dust cleaning process of the dust removal bag is blocked, whether the dust removal bag is damaged or detached; Whether there is dust accumulation and whether the air volume has changed; Is there condensation on the dust bag; Whether the dust cleaning mechanism has malfunctioned, such as dust leakage; Whether the operation of the fan is normal and whether the air volume has decreased; Whether the pipeline is blocked or leaking; Whether the valve rotates flexibly and whether there are any faults; Are there any leaks in the dust bag room and channels; Check for leaks in the cooling water, etc. 2. Control the variation of air volume. An increase in air volume will cause an increase in filtration speed, leading to damage and looseness of dust removal bags. Conversely, it will slow down the air velocity in the pipeline and cause dust to deposit inside, further reducing air volume and affecting dust suction. Therefore, estimate the change in air volume in advance. The reasons for changes in the air volume of the dust removal system include: an increase in the dust content at the inlet or a higher viscosity of the dust; Improper opening or closing of valves for vacuum hoods or branch pipelines; Clean or inspect a certain compartment; Leakage or blockage of the dust collector body or pipeline; Fan malfunction, etc. 3. Control the cleaning cycle and time. The cleaning of pulse bag filter is an important factor affecting the dust collection performance and operating conditions, which is related to the cleaning method and dust properties adopted. Therefore, it is determined based on the dust properties and dust concentration. If the cleaning time is too long or the cleaning intensity is too strong, it will cause the dust layer to fall off, which can easily cause leakage and damage to the dust removal bag. Set the cleaning time and cleaning intensity within a range; If the cleaning time is too short and the dust on the dust bag is not yet clean before entering the dust collection operation, the resistance will quickly recover and gradually increase. 4. The dust removal resistance is high, and the lifespan of the filter bag is short. The performance of the filter bag is directly related to the operation of the pulse bag filter. At present, there are significant problems such as high resistance in dust collectors, low air processing capacity, and short lifespan of dust removal bags, which not only affect the dust removal effect but also disrupt normal production. Therefore, when the dust concentration is high, it is necessary to choose a pulse bag filter that can handle the larger dust. This can lower the filtering wind speed, and the filter material density should not be less than 550g/m2. When the flue gas temperature is high, the filter material should be selected. Adopting a reasonable cleaning cycle for different situations can not only improve efficiency, but also extend the service life of filter bags. During the operation of the dust collector, it is necessary to regularly observe the changes in the differential pressure gauge to determine if there are any problems. If a pressure difference is found, it may indicate that the filter bag is clogged, the filter bag has water vapor condensation, the cleaning mechanism has failed, the ash hopper has accumulated too much ash, resulting in clogging of the dust removal bag, and an increase in gas flow rate. On the contrary, if the pressure difference decreases, it may indicate that the filter bag is damaged or loose, the inlet duct is blocked or the valve is closed, there is leakage between the box or compartments, and the fan speed is reduced. When the pressure difference exceeds the allowable range, timely inspection and measures should be taken. 3、 Measures to prevent the phenomenon of sticking bags in pulse bag dust collectors: 1. Pulse bag dust collectors usually work under negative pressure. If the equipment leaks, it will suck in a large amount of external air and rainwater, causing the filter bag to become damp and compacted, increasing the operating resistance. Therefore, it is required that the dust collector be strictly sealed with an air leakage rate of less than 3%. Welding quality is crucial during equipment installation. All welding shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding specifications and standards. After welding is completed, kerosene, fluorescent powder, etc. shall be used for leakage inspection, and the leaking parts shall be re welded. The inspection door of the dust collector is sealed with rubber strips and regularly inspected and replaced. Carefully inspect each unloader and flange, and ensure proper sealing. Reducing the air leakage of the dust collector can protect the filter bag from bag sticking and ensure smooth operation of the equipment with low resistance. 2. If the cleaning time is short and the cleaning cycle is too long, the dust on the filter bag cannot be cleaned, and the pulse bag filter will enter the filtering state, which will quickly increase the operating resistance. For pulse bag dust collectors, the time used for cleaning (i.e. the time of pulse valve blowing) is the cleaning time, which can be adjusted within the range of 0.05-0.5s. The time interval between two cleaning operations is the cleaning cycle, usually ranging from 0 to 30 minutes. Adjust the cleaning interval of the pulse bag filter, extend the cleaning time appropriately, and increase the amount of compressed air and induced air sprayed into the filter bag; Simultaneously shortening the cleaning cycle or even adopting continuous cleaning methods can reduce the operating resistance of the filter bag during cleaning.
