Regarding the indicator of pressure loss: This usually refers to the difference in the total pressure of the airflow at the outlet of the boiler desulfurization and dust collector, and is usually used to represent the mechanical energy consumed by the airflow after entering the dust collector. When calculating the specific indicators of boiler desulfurization and dust collector by personnel, it is usually necessary to know the coefficient of local resistance, and then connect it with the measured value of the on-site pressure gauge. The formula can be used to calculate and reflect the situation. 2、 The process of desulfurization and dust removal: 1. Flue gas flow: After the boiler flue gas comes out of the bag filter, it enters the induced draft fan through the newly built sulfur dioxide absorption system and is discharged through the chimney. In the desulfurization system, the flue gas is first cooled by the rapid cooling spray at the inlet, and then enters the desulfurization and dust collector to complete desulfurization washing. The clean flue gas is dehazed and dehydrated by the defogger in the desulfurization and dust collector, mixed with hot air from the induced draft fan to increase the exhaust temperature, and then discharged through the chimney. Due to the use of desulfurization and dust removal devices for flue gas desulfurization, there will be no impact on the operational status of existing desulfurization and dust removal devices. It will not change the quality of the dry ash in the dust collector and will not cause any corrosion to the bag filter. 2. Process of desulfurization solution: The desulfurization solution (sodium salt) fully contacts and reacts with SO2 in the desulfurization and dust collector, and then flows into the circulation pool from the bottom of the tower; After passing through the reaction tank, it reacts with lime desulfurization solution. After the reaction, it enters the sedimentation tank, and the clear liquid returns to the desulfurization buffer tank. In the buffer tank, an additional amount of sodium alkali solution is added, and then it is pumped by a reflux pump to the spray of the absorption tower for contact with the flue gas, forming a circulation of the desulfurization liquid. 3. The post-treatment process of desulfurization by-products: After the desulfurization solution is in the reaction tank, calcium ions and SO2 precipitate in the form of semi hydrated calcium sulfite in the sedimentation tank, and the supernatant flows back to the desulfurization solution process for recycling. The desulfurization slag is further dehydrated by a dehydrator, and the thickness of the material layer on the belt is used to evaluate the dehydration performance. The filter layer is washed and dehydrated with desulfurization slag flushing water and vacuum below, resulting in a solid content of 75% in the product. 3、 What should be considered when purchasing desulfurization and dust collectors of different specifications? The cooled flue gas enters the SO2 absorption tower through a defogger, where ammonia and water mix to form ammonia solution. SO2 in the flue gas is absorbed here and reacts with ammonia to produce ammonium sulfate. After desulfurization, the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a 120 meter high chimney. The ammonium sulfate solution is sent to the pre washing tower for recycling. Let's take a look at what to consider when purchasing desulfurization and dust collectors of different specifications? Firstly, we need to determine the requirements and technical requirements for desulfurization and dust collectors, mainly considering the following points: 1. Consider the proportion and quantity of dust, which is one of the prerequisites for determining the power and capacity of dust collection equipment. Determine the environmental cleanliness level based on the operating conditions and environment. 4、 How to deal with the absorbent material at the bottom of the desulfurization and dust removal device? The boiler flue gas is mixed with the added absorbent and desulfurization ash at the bottom of the desulfurization and dust removal device, and then suspended by the acceleration of the Venturi tube, forming a strong turbulent state. This creates a large relative sliding velocity between particles and flue gas, and the particle reaction interface constantly rubs and collides, thereby facilitating heat and mass transfer between gas and solid. At the same time, by spraying water into the desulfurization and dust collector to wet the particle surface, the flue gas is cooled to the optimal chemical reaction temperature. At this point, almost all acidic components in the flue gas are absorbed and removed, generating by-products. The retrofit design of boiler desulfurization and dust collector needs to meet both the design coal type and the verification coal type for boiler combustion. Due to the fact that almost all of the flue gas is removed and the flue gas temperature is always above the dew point temperature, there is no need for any measures for the internal and downstream equipment of the desulfurization and dust collector. The desulfurization and dust collector body can be made of ordinary carbon steel. The main chemical reaction is to reduce the consumption of absorbent and stabilize the operation of the fluidized bed desulfurization and dust collector. The collected desulfurization products are recycled back to the desulfurization tower for further reaction. Due to the high bed density of particles in the desulfurization and dust collector, the ratio in the bed can reach above, allowing for sufficient reaction. By controlling the amount of crosslinking agent added and the contact time between the material and the flue gas, a stable removal efficiency of one or higher can be achieved. The clean flue gas purified by the desulfurization and dust collector is discharged into the chimney through the induced draft fan. The desulfurization and dust collector adopts electric dust collector or bag filter. Due to the continuous circulation of materials, the dust generated by the desulfurization and dust collector is twice that of conventional electric dust collectors. In order to meet the requirements of smoke and dust emissions, the dust removal efficiency of the desulfurization and dust collector reaches the above level.
