The dust collector filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt. Dust removal bags are generally divided into pulse type dust removal bags, vibration type dust removal bags, and back blowing dust removal bags according to different cleaning methods. The bag filter uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag filter, the large and heavy dust particles settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing smaller dust passes through the filter material, the powder dust is retained, purifying the gas. The dust removal efficiency has reached the above level and meets the prescribed dust concentration emission standards. In fact, if bag filter wants to achieve dust removal, daily precautions and maintenance work are inseparable. Therefore, let's first understand how to operate and maintain bag filter correctly. 1. If the main unit of the bag filter heats up, has a burnt smell, or the bag filter shakes and makes abnormal noises, it should be stopped immediately and sent for repair. Do not overload the bag filter. 2. The operating environment temperature of ordinary industrial bag filters should not exceed 40 ℃, and the workplace should not be above an altitude of 1000 meters. There should be a good ventilation environment, and the air should not be used in a dry indoor environment with flammable or corrosive gases. 3. Connect the ground wire and use electricity. A typical bag filter works continuously for no more than 8 hours each time, mainly to prevent the motor from overheating and burning out. And there is a type of bag filter designed to work continuously for 36 hours without stopping due to the use of a heat dissipation system, which can be used in conjunction with machine tools. 4. Check if the power plug and power cord of the bag filter are damaged, as leakage can burn out the bag filter. 5. Bag filters are not allowed to absorb water, and wet hands cannot operate the vacuum cleaner. If there are large paper balls, plastic cloths, or waste materials larger than the diameter of the straw that need to be cleaned, they should be cleaned in advance, otherwise it is very easy to cause straw blockage. 6. When the bag filter is not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. Industrial vacuum cleaners that do not support long-term continuous operation should be controlled within the working time supported by the bag filter, and should not be overloaded, otherwise it will affect the service life of the bag filter. 3、 The shell structure of several bag filters can be divided into plate structure, skeleton structure, and cylindrical structure. The light steel structure shell based on the plate and skeleton shell structures has also been applied in engineering. 1. Cylindrical structure. From the perspective of structure and operation, it is appropriate to design the bag filter as a cylindrical shape, especially in pressure resistant situations. From the current situation, small bag filters and bag filters for purifying combustible gases are often designed in cylindrical shapes, such as bag filters for blast furnace gas. 2. Plate shell structure. The shell of the dust collector is surrounded by flat components. This structural form of the box can be prefabricated in the manufacturing plant, assembled with temporary bolts at the construction site, and then welded to seal the joints. The plate structure of a bag filter is usually in the height direction. If the length of the bag is less than 6 meters, it can be extended from one piece to the top. If a 10 meter long bag is used, it can be divided into two sections. Generally, the inside of the box should be supported. 3. Skeleton shell structure. The filter bag chamber box of this type of structure is composed of columns and beams. Columns are set around the box, and multiple beams are connected between the columns, which are then attached to the beams and columns with wall panels to form a closed enclosure of the box. The advantage of this upper box structure is that there is no support inside the box, and more filter bags can be arranged. The clearance between the filter bags is large, the breathability is good, and the inspection is also convenient. The entire box is sturdy and has high rigidity, but the disadvantage is that it consumes a lot of steel and increases the weight of the equipment. 4、 Precautions before operating the bag filter: 1. The left knob of the pulse controller controls the opening degree of the blowing solenoid valve, with left rotation indicating small and right rotation indicating large. The right knob controls the pulse blowback time, with left rotation for short and right rotation for long. Generally, it is adjusted to about one minute (check the meter to adjust the time), and the positions of both knobs are usually set to around 450 for right rotation. 2. Start the bag filter before starting the crusher. 3. During the operation of the bag filter, start the unloader 5-10 minutes before stopping each shift to discharge the dust. A soft cloth tube should be connected to the ash discharge pipe near the belt to allow dust to slowly flow on the belt and prevent secondary dust. 4. The manual valve rotates clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open. 5. Turn on the pulse controller and start working the dust collector. 6. Before starting the dust collector each time, check the oil level of the centrifugal fan unloader, the oil level of the fan bearing box, and check whether the foundation and fastening bolts are loose; Check if the pipeline air valve is in the set switch position; Check if the knob position of the pulse controller is appropriate.
