1、 How is a pulse dust collector used for dust cleaning? Pulse dust collectors have advantages such as purification, high body handling capacity, stable performance, long filter bag life, easy operation, and low maintenance workload. Pulse dust collector; As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. Firstly, a compartment lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. Compressed air expands in the upper box for a certain period of time, flowing into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow flushing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve closes, the lift valve opens, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning process is carried out sequentially in each room, starting from the cleaning of each room and ending with the next cleaning cycle. The dust that has been intercepted through filtering and cleaning work falls into the ash hopper, and is then discharged centrally through the ash discharge device at the ash hopper mouth. 2、 The solution to common problems with pulse dust collectors is that any item will experience some malfunctions after prolonged use, and pulse dust collectors are no exception. So, what problems may occur with pulse dust collectors? What are the exclusion methods? Let's take a look together: 1. Low running resistance. Possible reasons: (1) Smoke short circuit. (2) The filter bag is damaged. Solution: (1) Check the pipeline and repair the damaged area with welding. (2) Check and replace the filter bag. 2. High operational resistance. Possible reasons: (1) Filter bag plate formation. (2) The pulse valve is not working or damaged. (3) The lift valve does not close tightly when the pulse valve is working. (4) One or more lift valves are in a closed state. (5) The compressed air pressure is too low. Solution: (1) Clean the filter bag and strengthen ventilation. (2) Check the air circuit and air compressor. (3) Check the dust cleaning controller. (4) Maintain or replace the pulse valve. 3. Cleaning and replacement of filter bags. During the use of filter bags, the high viscosity of dust may cause the filter cloth to become compacted, resulting in increased resistance of the dust collector and affecting the dust removal effect. In case of the above situation, the filter bag should be removed from the dust collector and the surface of the filter cloth should be rinsed with clean water. After rinsing is completed and dried, it can continue to be used. 4. The pulse valve is not working. Possible reasons: (1) Power failure or malfunction of the dust cleaning controller. (2) The compressed air pressure is too low. (3) The pulse valve coil is burnt out. (4) There are impurities inside the pulse valve, and it keeps leaking air. Solution: (1) Restore power supply or repair the dust cleaning controller. (2) Check the pneumatic system and compressor. (3) Carefully clean the pulse valve. (4) Replace the pulse valve coil. 3、 Basic maintenance of pulse dust collectors: 1. The staff should be familiar with the principles, performance, and operating conditions of the dust collector, and master the adjustment of operating parameters and equipment maintenance methods. 2. During the operation of the pulse dust collector, a dedicated person should be assigned to manage it and keep operation records. 3. If the sealing strip on the maintenance door is aging, it should be replaced in a timely manner. 4. Regularly replenish lubricating oil to the parts of the equipment that require lubrication. 5. If the pulse valve malfunctions, it should be promptly eliminated. If there are impurities, moisture or other foreign objects inside, they should be cleaned in a timely manner. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. 6. Regularly check whether the pulse cleaning system of the dust collector is blowing normally. If it is not normal, focus on checking whether the pulse valve diaphragm and solenoid valve are malfunctioning or damaged, and repair or replace them in a timely manner. 7. Regularly check the condition of the cylinder and each flange surface. If any air leakage is found, the sealing ring should be replaced in a timely manner. 8. Regularly measure process parameters such as gas volume, temperature, concentration, etc. If any abnormalities are found, the cause should be identified and dealt with in a timely manner. 9. Regularly check whether the equipment is operating normally based on the fluctuation of resistance during operation. 10. Regularly check the operation of the pneumatic system and ash discharge system, and promptly eliminate any abnormalities found. 11. The filter bag is a vulnerable part, and users should regularly check the working condition of the filter bag and consider timely replacement based on the degree of damage to the filter bag. 12. Regularly discharge accumulated water from the water separator in the compressed air system. 13. During shutdown, after the process system stops, the dust collector and exhaust fan should continue to operate for a period of time to remove moisture and dust from the equipment. Before the dust collector stops working, repeat the cleaning and unloading operations. 4、 The development of environmental protection technology in the pulse dust collector industry, as the technical support and material basis of the environmental protection industry, directly affects the future development of the pulse dust collector industry.
