Although the level of pulse bag filter technology in China is constantly improving, there is still a gap compared to many developed countries such as the United Kingdom, Japan, etc. Especially in China, the pulse bag filter industry structure is not yet reasonable, the industry is relatively small, the technical content is still low, the technical ability is weak, and the economic benefits are not obvious, which seriously hinders the development of China's environmental protection industry. The main reason for this problem is the insufficient investment in environmental protection technology, inadequate capacity, and low technological level in China. 3、 The standards for the qualification of pulse bag dust collectors and the manufacturers of pulse bag dust collectors undergo meticulous inspections during the production process to ensure quality. Check the assembly of the filter bag and bag cage, observe whether the filter bag collides with the ash hopper, and make slight adjustments by hand. Check the connection between the airbag and the electromagnetic pulse valve. It is normal to hear a "bang bang" sound after several pulses. If not turned off, check that the pressure switch and control device are functioning properly. Valves and air compressors should be checked for proper operation. In cases where the inlet concentration is high, consideration should be given to setting up a pre dust collector. But experienced designers often change the form of the dust collector instead of setting up a pre dust collector first. In practice, there are types of inlet dust concentrations around several hundred g/m3 without pre dust collectors. Pressure loss and cleaning cycle: As the inlet dust concentration increases, the loss on the same filtration area also increases, resulting in the need to shorten the cleaning cycle, which is considered in equipment design. Ash discharge device: The ash discharge capacity is based on whether all the dust removed can be discharged. The amount of dust discharged is equal to the product of the inlet dust concentration and the processing air volume. Wear of dust removal bags and boxes: In cases where dust has strong wear resistance, it can be assumed that the amount of wear is proportional to the dust concentration. When the inlet dust concentration is high, accidents may occur due to the easy wear of filter bags and shells. Therefore, when designing a pulse bag filter, the distance between the filter and the shell should be considered. 4、 What are the advantages and disadvantages of upper and lower air intake in pulse bag dust collectors? 1. Advantages of lower air intake: (1) It can directly settle coarse particulate dust in the ash hopper. Usually, only dust particles smaller than 3 μ m touch the filter bag, resulting in less wear on the filter bag and longer cleaning cycle. For high-temperature flue gas dust removal, it increases the temperature inside the ash hopper and distributes it evenly. (2) For round bags, as long as there is a horizontal flower board with filter bags on one layer, adjusting the elongation of the filter bags is relatively convenient. 2. Defects of downward air intake: (1) The settling direction of smoke and dust in the dust collector is opposite to the direction of the airflow, preventing settling. Unsettled dust (excluding the situation during dust cleaning) is blown back onto the filter bag. (2) The small capacity ash hopper usually used cannot store ash, and ash discharge must be carried out continuously. (3) The downward air inlet pipe (at the lower part of the clean end) separated from the main pipe should be connected to the regulating valve and then to the inlet branch pipe. The pipeline and the inspection channel of the dust collector should be arranged in harmony, otherwise it will hinder channel traffic. 3. The drawback of progressive wind: It is used for high-temperature flue gas dust removal. The drawback of progressive wind is that there is no hot air flow in the ash hopper, and as long as the low-temperature flue gas remains, it is easy to leak cool air during ash unloading. This becomes the low temperature area of the dust collector, and attention should be paid to dealing with condensation problems.
